I liked the excursion and boat ride. I didn't like that we couldn't figure out for a long time where we could get on the bus until we found the starting point at the station. Where can I see all the stops on the website? We also didn't immediately figure out where to get on the boat and ran in at the last minute. It would have been nice to have some signage. Thanks for the combo excursion.
Very friendly driver 👍🏻 both red and blue routes went at a reasonable speed, so that we could see a lot of Warsaw and the bus returned to the stop on time. We are very satisfied, only the weather did not play along.

I have taken part on this tour several times when we have visitors to Warsaw. After a few stops we had to stop for 40minutes for driver break. Which of course is not a problem but when we started up again we were halted again after a few minutes by a protest march & could not progress for one hour. Surely the company knew about the march & could have combined this hold up with driver break?
Need to have a clearer indication of where to pick up bus after buying ticket online. Too long a period of time between drop offs and pick ups. Maybe you need more than one bus running route. Points of interest were good.
The time tables online were incorrect and different from the timetables provided at the bus stop. The sound quality of the audio guide is bit outdated and web based audioguide option with own headphones would probably be better and also reduce the amount of waste from the disposable headphones as lot of people have their own headphones with them.
The tour was informative and we saw a good part of the city We were disappointed that we waited for an hour at Stop 5 by she bridge for the first bus and it didn't turn up, we were at the stop before the bus left stop 1 so we were there in plenty of time. We ended up walking back to Stop 1 to make sure that we got the bus. If we had known that this was going to happen we probably wouldn't have bought the tickets online
Late for 35 mins, timetable at the stop is not the same as on the webpage, audit guide is very poor with information, too much music.
It is ashame that there was so few buses so waiting time was very long and all the buses were always packed. However, the tour does give a nice overview of Warsaw.
Your stops don't display signs that are helpful to tourists, no idea where buses stop (especially when there are events in the old town) no communication from drivers, I've been on these buses all over Europe, unfortunately this has been the worst organised
I got the opportunity to learn so much more about Warsaw's sad history. The bus stops were easy to find and the drivers on both blue buses were very friendly and helpful.
Comprehensive tour of all monuments in Warsaw! Only flaw the not always alignment between monument described by audio guide and monument you are actually looking at

The route is 1 hour, I think its a good time for one ride. Sometimes the translation repeted itself. On one bus there was wlan (cool for these days) and on one there wasnt (not so cool for these days ;))
Great way to see Warsaw and to learn some history of the city. Unfortunately the red line bus was not open topped and was very hot which made the ride a little uncomfortable with restricted views.
Easy to book ticket system and the two tours covered very interesting routes. The audio guide could have said a lot more rather than having musical interludes though. Also, it would have been great to have more buses.
The branches hitting the passengers -- it should be solved once and for all. It may appear as a fun experience but one lady was hit hard by a solid tree branch.
The bus drove by our stop and did not pick us up. The gap between nuses at every stop is to long. We had to wait one hour.
Getting and using the ticket was easy. The tour itself was similar to other cities, informative and interesting. However, the bus schedule is almost useless because there is only 1 bus in the winter (Oct to Mar?) that doesn't start until 11:15. You can either ride the full route or visit the sites but not both. If you hop off, you probably can't hop back on before the day ends.
What we didn't like. Old buses, not comfortable, due to the roar of the engine we could not hear the audio guide. The air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot downstairs. On one of the routes the roof on the second floor was not closed, so the sun was shining into our heads and it was very uncomfortable. Busses were a little late on the route. The audio guide did not always work correctly; the recording was interrupted and skipped. We would like to have more interesting information about Warsaw. What we liked. There were interesting stops along the route. The staff was polite and friendly. The bus followed the stated route.
Could not find a place from where to board the bus. Hence could not travel. Can we get a refund for our two tickets.
Very nice trip to spend time and learn something new about city History.
Driver helpful and patient. Good variety of sights.
Had to wait 30 minutes extra, but did the blue and red line together. Also there was a traffic jam problem in Warsaw
Blue bus was excellent but it was so bad smell in red bus.
I love Your town, and herr people
It was easy to find the busses, and they stuck closely to their printed schedule.

Complete relaxation, peace and quiet, breathtaking views. Exploring the city from the water is something wonderful. Both monuments and wild nature. It's worth going on such a cruise. Very good organization. Experienced Captain with a sense of humor!!! On the ship, you can learn about the history of Warsaw with an audio guide. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart <3 !!!
