The hop on hop off is a great way to reach all the highlights of the city. One of the stops was the Oceanogràfic, a lovely place for both young and old. Buying the two-ticket combo is a great organizational method.

Bootsrour just wow! Hop on hop off is always perfect for a city tour. Get an overview of the city and get off where you want.

I passed various places in a relaxed manner. Was able to get off and continue the journey later. Get interesting information about the buildings and the city in my own language. I always do this when I visit cities.

Thanks to hop on off Red Bus We could see interesting places of Valencia quick. The route is very good especially the stop at Oceanographic where we went for straight after. Also The driver that drove the bus on 21.05.25 in the morning was very pleasant and informative. Mucias Gracias ☺️
Hospitality, well-structured services everything nice

Easy to book, easy to find the stops
We got to see all the important sites in Valencia, this helped us plan our vacation further.
Excellent itinerary with detailed explanations

The bus has air conditioning in the lower part of the bus which allows you to be comfortable in these 34 degrees Celcius heat. The audio guide is very complete. As we arrived a little late we could not make the tour several times or go up and down, because of the times. But it was well worth it.

The biggest issue was the gaps between the service - 45 min gaps are too long. We also found a number of the audio ports were not working on the buses.
Really easy and straight forward to buy the tickets. Buses on time and kept to time table. Very good and interesting route around the city.
Buying tickets online was easy, and the staff at the bus quickly translated our code into tickets. The audio was easy to navigate and find your language, and was interesting but not too much. The tour covered a wide area and is is an easy way to see the major sights and decide where you want to go back to. My only problem, and this is not something you can do much about, is that the temperature sensors as we drove round the city were all over 40, so we were unable to get the best view from the uncovered seats.
I really liked the hop on hop off bus and useful info. What was not clear at the beginning was how the si stone in the bus works from getting off. Oceanogràfic was very nice but very few people also speak English which is very difficult for people who do not yet speak Spanish well.

Okay is not meant negatively as far as I am concerned. Tip: It would be more convenient if the OR code on the phone could be used directly as proof of payment. Saves a lot of time at the stops and not printing out receipts again as boarding proof. Our earpiece didn't work, which was a bit unfortunate. A great opportunity to get acquainted with the city in totality and get off en route here and there. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Biopark: An amazing activity and a very worthwhile visit in Valencia — a lovely experience seeing so many animals! Absolutely recommended! Tip: Visit on Sunday evening, as it wasn’t crowded at all. Hop-on Hop-off Red Line Bus Tour: The bus takes you to all the major sightseeing spots. However, the headphones didn’t work at all — I could barely hear anything. The timetable is not consistent; the bus arrived at least 15–20 minutes late when we were leaving from both the Bioparc and the Oceanogràfic. Please note that the Headout confirmation is not your actual ticket. The bus driver will give you a paper ticket, which you need to keep with you for the entire ride. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this (it was probably explained in Spanish). Many of the drivers don’t speak or understand English, which made communication difficult.
Easy to get on and off, but I wish the audio guide had more to say about the city and its history or important points. There was a lot of silence. I also wish there was live tracking of where the next bus was so we could GPS track when a bus was coming.
Buses were very busy, not easy to hop on and off as the buses were often late and then there was a risk they didn't have enough space for a family of four. All too often the audio didn't work so we'd have to wait for people to get off so we could move seats to hear the audio. Disappointing
The combi ticket had a good price. Tickets l'oceanografic got you in separately, so we could go there first and then take the bus. Info bus was clear and you got a nice map. The bus came every 45 minutes which sometimes took a bit long.

It was as easy to book , the bus location was easy to find and the bus was very comfortable and the driver was friendly. The information on the audio was good. Only thing was that the complimentary ear buds had sound in only one ear and the audio output in some seats wasn't working . This was still okay but maybe some maintenance in the audio system on the bus would improve the experience.
I love how it tours all the popular landmarks and the hop on hop off capabilities. But it would be nice to get a live tour guide not the audio. The audio on most buses did not work and the ones that did work was not timed with what we looked at. Most people take a full loop in the beginning so maybe a live tour guide for maybe the first 3 hours or 4 hrs of the day
THE OCEANOGRAPHIC MUSEUM IS VERY LARGE , WELL-KEPT , AND WITH MANY ANIMALS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION . EXCELLENT CHOICE OF HOP-ON-HOP-OFF BUS

Good communication and guidens. Crowded but always a seat available and multiple stops and opportunities to switch routes.
Got a good impression of the city. Less fun: Both at the beginning and when we got off on the way and wanted to take the bus again, we had to wait a very long time.

We did the hop on hop off bus and it was great fun, saw a lot. And what was nice, my son is in a wheelchair and the bus is wheelchair-friendly by means of a folding plate at the exit he could enter to stand at a special spot. Love it

One of the best aquarium displays I've have been. Overall experience was amazing, worthy of spending a whole day for it and overall price. The staff were helpful, friendly and patient.
Visit with the whole family, clean and well-organized environment, variety of species, the dolphin show was amazing. I really enjoyed the whole park

The dolphin show was something magical! I have seen the oceanarium also un Dubai and Portugal, all were different and amazing in their ways. I wished to see less people, I had the feeling sometimes that the air by the sharks and fishes was less, but was weekend, I can also understand. I liked the elevators, with stroller was easy to visit everything. The playground for kids can be a bit bigger.
With Headout it was quick and easy to book...and the Valencia Oceanographic was beautiful to visit!

This zoo is not like a UK zoo, you are so close to animals and doesn't look like they are caged in. We loved it, seeing hippos in the water and a baby ape was a highlight. Such a hot day when we went but lots of shade and places to sit out of the sun. Amazing to sit having a drink or snack overlooking the savanna. Tickets easy to book. Def worth a visit
