Fair tour for the purpose of orientation to a new place .not great Audio of ?quality and sometimes does not match the attraction.. bus stops are relatively hard to find because navigation in the bus application. not working while you are close.
App was very user friendy, live tracking of buses on route. Audio was very informative, had shade on top for yellow route made it more pleasant in midday heat.
They could not print my tickets when we first hopped on, but was able to get them printed later. The drivers were courteous, and the location of most stops were great. There are no signs at the stops to notify passengers that those are locations to get the bus.
Activating my ticket was easy. The ear buds comfortable. The app and wifi made the experiance so much more in-depth. And after catching 4 different busses I always had great interactions with drivers and staff at "stop zero".
Found it really hard to find where the hop on hop off bus stopped. I bought a 2 day ticket and didn't even use it the first day cause I couldn't find any of the stops.
The BEST way to see all the attractions in Singapore. Very easy instructions. Note: The night Safari does not go on a Monday night.
The reason is not really your fault. We got poured on by rain. I had to keep my wife dry which meant I got soaked. Just part of life in the tropics. We have a house in the Philippines
The best and cheapest way to get a bird's eye view of the city, covering all of the major sights and venues that any visitor could hope for. Awesome commentary, ourteous and careful drivers, and overall a top experience!
A most enjoyable way to get to know the city. It would help if the driver gave the number of each stop as well as the name.
We bought the 2-day pass with the night tour, and enjoyed it. The only problem was the audio system. The connection was bad on some of the seats so we missed out on some of the audio portion. But when the connection was good, the information presented was very interesting.
Enjoyed the sights but on only one occasion could we hear or understand the driver saying what stop we were coming to. Mostly it was unable to understand the sometimes very rapid language.
THIS WAS A GREAT WAY TO VISIT A NEW CITY. THE AUDIO GUIDE WAS INFORMATIVE AND ENTERTAINING. I WAS ABLE TO GET A TASTE OF BANGKOK AND A DESIRE TO VISIT SELECTED COMMUNITIES THE NEXT DAY OF MY VISIT. IT WAS A GREAT VISIT.
Good way of getting around Singapore & seeing the sights Recommendations would be Big bus signs on the bus stops And A stop close to Lau Pa Sat Market
We were glad about the bus, usefull in that heavy thunderstorm. First we didnt see if it's the yellow or the red line (can be better signalized). Very good were the raincoats. Thanks
On the first day, the audio guide switched permanently between German and English within seconds. In the afternoon, the driver was unable to play the audio guide. In addition, he did not announce the stops, which made the whole thing even worse. After talking to the driver, nothing changed except that he became unfriendly. Several participants had complained to him. I raised this issue with the ground operator at the bus station. A very nice and competent German-speaking lady. She deeply regretted this and then gave us an extra day. We found that very solution-oriented.

The choice and number of stops. Also appreciated the patience of drivers with people like myself and others who only use HOHO when they go away.
The bus was a great way to highlight Singapore. It was difficult to identify where to first get on the bus. Once we figured that out and got a map, all t smoothly.
The bus driver seemed to be in a rush, he came across as someone that was not happy in his work. As it turned out he was coming off shift and rushed to the last stop. We had to change buses and that happens so quickly that the couple we were with got stranded. We then had to wait 30 minutes for them to catch up with us. The audio on the bus was jumping the whole time. Overall very dissatisfied with the big bus journey.
I loved the convenience of the service. The commentary was really interesting and comprehensive, and gave a great insight into the different areas. The stops across the city gave excellent coverage of the main areas.
Easy and quick ticket buying experience. I bought a ticket for two days, but was only able to take the Red Line in the evening of the first day because of the rain. When I started the first trip, which was around 4pm, I noticed that they had extended the time I could use the ticket for another day. I really appreciated the gesture. On the second day I took the Yellow Line. I really enjoyed both routes, the service and the friendliness. I'll do them again if I get the chance.

Every was good. Few areas of improvement: more information less music. More on time schedule. And will be nice to have Spanish version. Thanks.
It was a fantastic way to see around Singapore. The driver when we first got on was fantastic. Clearly identified the stop number and destination. Drivers changed through the route and 2nd driver mumbled, did not clearly say stop number or destination. His announcements were VERY unclear. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience and a great way to see Singapore.
The Red Route was great as expected, the Yellow Route, had no audio guide, no apologies and this was poorer because of it.
Ticketing was very easy, and we were able to locate our bus every time. The day routes are very good for seeing a lot of the major must-sees in the So galore area.
Purchased tickets on line and no problems getting on, we did not get on at the start, best way to see the city and very informative.

Rodger our guide was amazing with his knowledge and very informative. Great night missed the rain as well. 🤗🤗🤗☔️☔️
The gardens at the Bay and lau pa sat Tour guide was excellent as was the bus driver. Very impressed with the drivers skills.
Ticketing online was easy. Tour guide was very interesting and well informed. We covered alot of ground in a short space of time. Loved the light show at the Supertrees - that was my highlight.
Our live guide Gee was funny and informative and we had a great night. Booking process and boarding was straightforward.
Elfie selfie was an awesome tour guide. Very knowledgeable about Singapore and provided many other facts. Captain Stephen a great driver. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Singapore. The light and sound show at Gardens by the Bay just amazing
Easy to access tickets and bud Great night tour Especially the gardens Also the help to deliver people close to their accommodation
The tour guide (Alfa Selfe) was so informative , about Singapore and its rich landmarks e.g the three hotel skyline. Just amazing. I will highly recommend this tour. Western Australia
Our tour guide G was wonderful, super knowledgeable and kind. We loved Marina Barrage to see all the kites being flown and catch the sunset. Lau Pa Sat food centre was great, and we had the best oyster omelette and satay. The light show at Super Tree Grove was also a real treat and our 6 year old loved it. The weather was perfect for us and clear skies meant beautiful photos of SG at night (and much cooler!) Highly recommend.
Our guide was excellent, she covered everything possible and as for the driver he certainly could handle that bus with ease, loved everything about the tour, so glad I went
Your guide Roger was awesome.. The ladies who were lost were not his fault his instructions were very clear.. Cheer Belle and Jane
The bus tour was at the end of our stay in Singapore. It had captured all places we went to before and some new places we hadn't seen. Very happy with the tour guide. She was very informative and engaging.
The night tour is well worth it, my favorite stops were at the satay market for dinner and the Garden by the Bay light show. The first booking was fine from the browser, but then I tried to use the app to book another tour which had a problem with payment verification so I used a different website to book and that was fine. So I lost my 10% off promo code savings due to their app.
Decent Enough...they should get vegetarian satay as an option too for veg ppl. Edna did a good job.
Peter was amazing. Very informative & funny & helpful. Lovely chap
Guide was very informative Alfie and loved the hawkers market
Great way to have an overall view od Sigapure.
All was perfect! The night experience enjoyed a lot
A really tour with our fantastic guide Peter. Highly recommended - you really get a great experience.
Tour and service was good. Driver and guide were helpful, friendly and informative.
The Garden at the sands and the food market were real highlights tour guide very good
Informative, and interesting. The guide was professional with good knowledge about the city history.
Great experience wonderful guide very knowlagable
I liked the Marina Barrage, which is a very nice place to relax and found the place to be very interesting.

It was not crowded, staff clearly directed, my child is naughty and they had tolerance for her restlessness with a smile. We were not rushed and took as much time as we wanted to. Also, found the area to be absolutely clean.
So easy to purchase and plan your day out in advance. Fast and convenient and the tickets are in your phone in seconds.

It was a very nice day at Garden by the Bay. We can definitely recommend the Cloud frorst, especially on very hot days, as it's nice and cool here.

The lack of way finding wasn't great - clearer instructions on where the stops are, and signage at the stops, would help alleviate that. I'm not sure the tour was great value for money based on the frequency of buses either.
The booking was simple, and the package deal was worth it - the expereince itself was amazing over-all. Our only issue is that my phone nearly dies before the last experience, and there was no way to export or forward the tickets to my wife - we were concerned that without my phone, we might not have been allowed into the last expereince.
The views from the skywalk were spectacular. We were up high with the supertrees. We could see the Sands Hotel. We could also see the gardens below. The Cloud Forest was even more spectacular. It was also air-conditioned so you could walk in comfort.
Ticketing was easy. I did it online. The cloud forest was awesome and refreshingly cool. It was a great destination for a one day stopover in Singapore.
Open top bus experience was great! We hoped to see the famous Merlion but couldn't it would be great if commentary highlights more on when to get off, it's iconic!!
The 2 bus routes covered all the key city sights and attractions. The app was really good to see where the buses are, though at times it wasn't quite accurate. My only complaint would be the hold music in between comentary was headache inducing. Silence would have been better. Because of the music, I had to take the earphones out and would often miss the commentary.
Unless you know exactly what you want to do in Malaysia, you should go on a city bus ride to check out the sights and get inspired. This ride allowed us to prioritise what we wanted to doin a relatively short stay - 3 nights
I said the experience was good NOT great. It's the best way to see the city, nice commentary. Our 4th Big Bus in 4 cities Dubai, Berlin, and Paris. Singapore drivers and staff were grumpy and disinterested, other cities staff were fantastic. Singapore team let the brand down.
I found the sites visited were good and ticketing also very simple. I found the audio rather poor and in some seats it didn't work at all.
Thre where really no buggy facilities for disabled visitors and this made it difficult to get around, thought there might have been a buggy hire service!

The venue needed more seating, especially for families waiting for nightfall or people who bought food/drinks at the concession and weren't allowed on the top floor.
I did not like the venue and felt it was overpriced Flower gardens-just some artificial stuffy dome Cloud forrest far less impressive then free inChangi airport I then buy a Christmas pass and stayed for the light show I didn't think that the flower dome was very interesting I did like Monet show, but I have seen this before in as a city. The venue here had really strong wet carpet smelll Overall, my recommendation would be skip this 2 paid attraction and enjoy light show from the park or buy $ 11 pass to be close to the trees diring light show

The views from the Marina Bay Sands and the light shows seen from there, both at the Marina and the Gardens by the bay.

The reason is not really your fault. We got poured on by rain. I had to keep my wife dry which meant I got soaked. Just part of life in the tropics. We have a house in the Philippines
The view was amazing. We enjoyed the Big Bus tour through the skyscrapers (until the rains came). This allowed us to finish the tour.
A most enjoyable way to get to know the city. It would help if the driver gave the number of each stop as well as the name.
Originally booked the tickets for 6pm,paid for them ,then later recieved an email saying that time wasn't available.Changed the time to 6:45pm. Got another email Saying ticket times where 6:30pm,when I eventually downloaded the tickets they said 17:00 entry time and there was no option to get a refund or reschedule. We were very lucky that we had thunderstorms that day and the staff very kindly let us use out tickets after it had passed.
The pick hour was not around 5:00 pm while pick hour is around sunset (7:00 pm). Therefore, I think there was a false marketing, otherwise the experience was ok!

The views are amazing, but certainly doesn't require more than 30mins,so tickets are overpriced. And there was no audio guide or even information about landmarks posted around. Expected an experience like that of the Eifel Tower, but this pales in comparison.

Very crowded with loads of people sitting along edge of platform hogging a space for ages. Nowhere to have a snack or drink except tiny little bar with no real cocktail options. Dirty seating area. View is amazing though

So easy to book and received the e tickets with no issues on my phone. The gardens by the bay are fabulous especially if you go late on in the day and stay for the sound and light show. It was the highlight. Views from the observation deck of Marina Bay Sands were spectacular.
First off, it was easy purchasing the tickets online and no fuss going to the observation deck as long as you show them the proof of the tickets. The view on the observation deck was spectacular and you can see pretty much the whole of Singapore. Nobody rushed us so we were able to take our time admiring the view and taking pictures.
The ticketing process was easy and clear. No waiting in lines for tickets. The Gardens by the Bay were lovely. We had an easy walk to the Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck again no lining up for tickets. What a spectacular view from 56 floors up. We enjoyed our experience.
Great to see both the gardens and the Marina Bay Sands. Really liked that the Garden tickets were valid for a month so we could visit the parts we missed on days one. The information could be a bit clearer that the supertree skywalk and observation deck are not included- we had to buy separate tickets for that.
Great views and a lovely evening Great setting and quick access to the roof top Unable to access the cafe which was disappointing Music from the cafe was very loud which blocked out the sound from the light shows Had to fight for access spots due to crowds Staff very pleasant and helpful Drinks were available which was good at a smaller bar Lift amazingly quiet and quick
