Pink Route
I'm highly recommend and I booked one day tour in Rome and took me around all the iconic places in Rome with very reasonable price and every 15 minutes they have a bus aswell as they have representatives in most of the stops to help you out.
A great thing that saves a lot of walking. All the main things are easy to see and even more interesting with the audio information. We initially traveled the entire route, which gave us the opportunity to decide where we wanted to get off and see something. The friendly service on the bus was great - you also get the headphones for the audio information.

Great experience to discover the city and what there is to visit. The offers taken on the internet are not precise enough: we had to do a complete tour without the possibility of making stops, due to a misunderstanding of the proposal.

Entertaining and informative. Well-chosen route with essential highlights of ancient Rome. Highly recommended in any case! W from Munich

It's a good way to start your visit to the city, especially with children. Friendly outside. Good value for money compared to the competition. The driver didn't want to uncover the roof of the bus even though it wasn't raining... He replied in Italian, looking up at the sky. He was talking about the weather, but his colleague checking the entrances told us that the roof could no longer be opened: it was broken. So we asked to go down and wait for the next one: what's the point of having a closed roof? And then he looked at us and said... it's ok, we'll fix it. 5 seconds later the roof was stowed away, much to the delight of the passengers who hadn't dared ask. Too bad, though, that we had to insist. Don't hesitate!

Taking the weight off our feet / getting our bearings. Some commentary did not have English (checked all channels and none available). Staff at bus stops helpful.
It was a smooth ride and hit all of the points of interest. And explained how to get to a couple points from the bus stop
Bus stop right near our hotel, we were able to sit and rest for hours after arriving in Rome and then be at the collesium right ontime for our tour.
The weather was great My information actually said that we could take the yellow and red buses, but for whatever reason we could only take the pink buses. These were usually very crowded and we had to wait for the next one. Long waiting time for a bus to arrive. Staff unfriendly

I was lucky enough to have rented an apartment near the Spanish Steps stop which was 200 metres away. So it was very convenient to get on to the bus. Also I had booked online and l could just exchange my barcode on my mobile for the tickets for the 5 of us for our 48 hours usage in Rome. This was the 1st time l had used Headout.com . I had read all the reviews on Big Bus and a few other companies including Headout and l chose Headout as their tickets were €3.80 per ticket cheaper than Big Bus. There seemed to be no difference in the stops the others offered on the tour as they all stop at the same place. I have used Bug Bus before in Budapest as there were no other choice there . I am happy with Headout and would recommend them
Really great bus tour , hop on and off T brilliant Locations throughout Rome Traffic was bad but the bus handled it well. Only bug was sometimes the commentary was much after we had passed some places. We really enjoyed it and it took about 2 hours to complete the whole tour if you didn't get off.
Very pleasant tour of Rome, bus stops along the way easy to find, a little more difficult however when leaving from Termini, no doubt because of the works around the station. It's a really good idea for tourists who don't have much time.

All very well, however when new people get on the bus they take a long time to exchange the tickets and the bus is stopped for a long time under the sun, someone else should exchange them at the stations and not inside the bus.

The ticketing experience was really good. It was a lot of people going on the busses, but the guides had control over the crowd so all good. A lot of traffic in Rome and it was a lot of waiting time, but that`s how it is in big cities.
So easy to book and better value than the other companies- they all follow the same route. Good informative commentary.
Just that the wifi never worked and no one was interested in helping about it. Just that if they sell the service with wifi they should be concerned about it working and if it doesn't work someone should explain it.

Great tour! Very good bus in many languages. If you don't know Rome and you have little time it is a good option and even more if you go with elderly people. Very satisfied.

The experience as hop on, hop off was good. The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired... all very grumpy, sloppy and forgetting that they are providing a service for which I paid.

Fairly easy to find the joining point (open-top city bus tour) but being Rome the city centre was absolutely gridlocked with private cars, so lots of time in stationary traffic in nondescript streets. That said, an easy way to see many of the main heritage sites.
The audio guide was repeatedly interrupted by the driver's announcements without continuing later. And there was really very little information, more could have been included.

I highly recommend it for families with children. We were with our 7-year-old son and I can't imagine that we would have to move between monuments by subway. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. We had bought 48-hour tickets and could drive and stop at monuments as much as we wanted.
In some seats you could not hear well. Constant interference. The buses should be more conditioned to the summer heat.

Very friendly and attentive staff that as a wheelchair user made my journeys trouble free. I would highly recommend I Love Rome tours.
The tour bus was accessible and easy to access all day. The site information was relevant. It was also a relief to get on the bus in between sites in order to get a breather and a rest.
Didn't have to wait too long in between buses. Always space to sit, informative. Could be longer with more information about the sites.
