Comfortable buses, convenient stops nearby. Buying tickets was easy and unbureaucratic... You could make the change with the driver himself.

It is a good way to see cities areas quickly and the staff are always professional and helpful
The english guide on the bus was very hard to understand. The lady had a muffled voice and it was poor.
Nice bus tour and helpful staff.

Several of the earbud boxes did not work. The stop button if you wanted to get off was not always easy to find & once it was broken.
The bus, route and above all the friendliness of the staff were very good. However, the explanations on the automatic tape during the city tour were dry as dust and lacked any context. Interesting topics with an overall view, such as the economic, social and cultural role of Porto in the Portuguese / European context, were missing.

Very difficult for us who do not speak Portuguese and walk badly to find a station to go up . I thought there would be one near the hotel. But there wasn't. It took us an exhausting hour to find one and also to take a cab. Then, on the bus, the first day, no problem. The next day, continual traffic jams.

Getting to know the city of Porto through the narrator was incredible. I lived in Porto for 6 years and I confess it was nostalgic to realize that Porto is indeed a charming city.

Not all stops were properly mentioned, noted or made : bus skipped Serralves entirely! So...not so good, unfortunately.
Online booking and pick-up in the store went without any problems and the bus ride as usual 🙂 German descriptions over the headphones in the bus was OK!

The Orange circuit wasn't pleasant because we were stuck in traffic for almost 30 minutes and it's not relevant. This route is more interesting.

It made life easy to cross through the city. We stopped at the river; did a cruise on the water; hop-on and enjoyed the ride.
Not a lot. The info on where to find the ticket office to change our voucher for tickets was awful, unclear and confusing. Plus the office didn't open 'till 9.30 and the ticket said you must get your bus at 9.00. So we panicked and thought what do we do now? We found the ticket office and when it was 9.30 we got our tickets but an hour of panick was not how we wanted on our first day. We thought the recorded commentaries were dull and inaccurate in their timing. We didn't know which side of the bus to look at what we were being told to look at. All in all not a great experience.
The info on redeeming my ticket was confusing. The audio guide was out of sync at some places and some stops were skipped without warning. The driver on the last orange line of the day on Friday was clearly in a hurry to get home as he sped through the streets, through red lights! However Porto is beautiful and the blue line in particular is a great way to get out to see the coast and hop off to walk along the beach!
Ticket purchase as well as the pick up location was very simple to use. All locations were mapped and identified well, and the audio portion was descriptive and clear
Buying tickets on internet was easy and website was user friendly. However redemption was not straightforward as the recommended ticket redemption office in Rua do Infante was closed at 09:00 and there were no instructions that it was necessary to walk to nearest stop 12 in Ribeira to find the bus and driver and redeem the voucher. Otherwise very pleased with the tour and the choice of stops. Both routes blue and orange were visited and the shorter orange route is more a tour of shops. Tour of the city of Porto by hop on hop off bus is highly recommended as it is a rewarding experience at a very good price. Recommend purchasing a tour package involving 48h bus tour plus river cruise and wine cellar as this is the most cost effective.
This bus is very convenient but on the last stop a good hour's wait at the bus stop.

Not so our thing. Too long on the bus (blue line) before you could actually get off

Space on the bus, the blue route much more interesting than the orange.

The tour was nice, but it was a very hot day in Porto and the bus didn't have air conditioning.

Easy to book, and for a traveler to enjoy a day out means a lot. Will do it again!
Good service, Professional drivere. Excelent routes
The blue bus route is good, but the orange one is the only attractive thing about the Corte Ingles.
