Our guide was very knowledgeable of the various architecture, history and art in the Philly area. He pointed so much as we toured Philly. Very much worth the cost and time.
The young lady narrator on the second bus was very good and had a working audio system. The first narrator, an older women, had an audio system that was not working properly. She was also confusing as she was having a problem with knowing left from right. She corrected herself but had us confused as to what side she was referencing. Ticketing was unclear as I was directed to an agent a block away.
Great way to see the highlights of the city. We like the hear the guides give you insight into the city. We always use the hop on hop off when we go to a new city.
The tour was a good experience seeing parts of Philadelphia. We started off with a guide that didn't know what she was talking about. Then after a stop off and a change of guide it was so much better. He certainly knew his history.
We loved the Big Bus Tour of Philadelphia. My husband and I live in the area and had out-of-town friends visiting. A great way to see the city and we all learned a ton! Buses were plentiful and timely. Guides were knowledgable and professional. Ticketing experience was easy and seamless. A+ all around!
I really wanted to give 5 stars - due to the tour guide Joe I will not. His commentary crossed the line numerous times. He knew it. He stated he's not for everybody. Joe you are not funny. You are rude. Your commentary infers you're homophobic. Your commentary is inappropriate! Signed Heterosexual
My son and I only had a couple of days in Philly, so the hop on hop off bus was the best way to see all important sites we wanted to see. We sat on top in the open air so we could take it all in. The driver and narrator were excellent and really added to the tour. Next time we're in Philly, I'd do it again!
The guides were amazing, so knowledgeable, interesting and also funny. The drivers did very well to in driving smoothly on all the traffic
Our tour guide was very informative on both buses that we were on. The stops along the route were easy to locate. Navigating the purchase of tickets online was easy as well as getting to must see sights for each of the stops along the route. Would definitely do this again and reccommed to others.
The guide used colorful language and in an attempt to be funny he was actually offensive at times. Plus some roads were closed it would have been nice to know what had been skipped for to road closures
The tour guide said"Crispus Attucks made a mistake and got of the ship and as a result a bunch of people got killed." That is erroneous historical account and offensive.
Great way to get around the city and get to know some of the history and stories. Get of where you want if you want. We got off at the penetentary to have a look. And at the rocky statue. Depending on the stop it may be busy or the bus may be full and you have to wait for the next one. We were lucky at the rocky statue to get the last 3 seats.
I enjoyed the tour definitely think it was worth the $36 per person or $32 that we pay. We got a really good tour of the city. We were comfortable. It was good there's so much history in Philadelphia.
The guides were fun and knowledgeable about the area 1 did history and the 2nd tour did movie location so we felt we had the best of both worlds.
Ease of use, interesting facts along the way. City should cut the trees along the way. I did get hit pretty good by a branch. That being said, my whole group of 8 really enjoyed it.
Everything was easy and straight foward. The tour guides were all very knowledgeable and funny ! Great experience.
Facility to locomotion between atractions. The App is confused

Very interesting city first. Plus I liked the fact that I could take the two different lines. Both had very good guides
Our driver, Linda, was very good and our guide, Ryan, was enthuastic about sharing details about various Phildelphia neighborhoods.
John - our guide - was fantastic! he had funny jokes and puns. Loves the city and had a great attitude. You could tell he was enthusiastic and genuine which made all the difference in the world. Thank you!
Two out of three of our tour guides were fantastic!!! Super informative. Unfortunately the female we had was terrible. We got offf and waited for the next bus to get a different guide. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Philly.
I learned a lot of history and the tour guide was awesome. There were more stops than I thought which turned out great. Headout was simple to use.
The tour guides were great! The hop on hop off feature was nice as well. Great way to see the city 👍🏾
All of the guides were great and the buses were timely. Thank you so much !
