I had trouble with Big Bus tour App. It was not accurate for the stops that were indicated on the App. We waited a while (after 3 buses passed us by) before we decided to to go to a different location. The stops had changed an App was inaccurate.
We particularly liked the fact that the buses stopped at the bus stops every 10 minutes, that there were headphones to listen to the history of the sights and that you could also choose German as the language,

It was a perfect way to get around the city and the most interesting parts. 1 day is not enough thought. Next time, we'll book 2 days.
The toot bus in Paris runs later than 7.30 pm we found a few more hours could have helped us on our return to hotel.also the audio didn't work on our bus also we had three buses pass together each full so waiting for the next took another 15 min it would have been nicer if the distances were further apart
It was a beautiful day on the top deck enjoying the views and the sunshine! Ticketing was easy online and converting it to a paper voucher!
The bua route was good enabling you to see the best bits of Paris. Convenient way of seeing Paris. Audio was good. The boat cruise was not a great experience. Badly organised, no information about waiting time. Had to queue 1 & 1/2 hours. Then told only 40 minutes instead of expected 1 hour. Views limited unless you stand outside but was raining & cold. Missed statue of liberty as turned very quickly
All in all superb experience . Could see most of Paris in a day . And the commentary was excellent. Keep it up . London was done in June and now Paris . Missed out on Rome though!!'
We boarded the bus at le gare nord at 9:45 as the 1st. Nice explanation through headphones. Also very convenient that you could get off at places of interest and then continue as before. We had a very good experience and nice drivers!

The pick up venue was a huge problem yesterday as 5 was moved due to arc de triomp was closed. Had to walk all the way to 6 .shld of been notified on the site saying another was in place. Seeing that we don't know Paris at all
We had 3 hours until we had to leave for the airport and the round trip fitted the bill. Approximately 2 1/4 hours of great views and information
I had an app for the bus tour but it doesn't show the time of bus. Quite annoyed that we cannot get more information from bus tour app
I thought it was a great experience. It's well worth doing. My only suggestion is to specify at the time of purchase that the ticket is valid for 24 hours, because the explanation on the website suggests that it is only valid on the day of use.

Reserving the tickets was easy, and the app also user friendly. We could not see many of the attractions or access some due to the prepartions for the Olympics which was a bit disappointing - but we still got to see and do a lot. Very informative and educational with the audio guides.
Great hop on hop off bus. Very easy to use, plenty of buses so never waiting long at a stop. Unfortunately ran out of time to do the cruise . Well worth the money and a great way to see Paris.
It was difficult to get to the meeting point to visit the Eiffel Tower. As far as the bus tour is concerned, I'm unhappy because we weren't able to visit the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I therefore request a commercial gesture on your part.

We loved that the bus stop was very close to our accomodation, and we loved the boat cruise up the Seine, and the bus tour
Easy to book via app. The buses were all clean and on time. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent language skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed the visits to the emblematic sites, a way to get to know a little bit of Paris and with the boat ride on the Seine River it was a wonderful experience to see this incredible city and its very attentive people, even on the eve of the Olympic Games.

I recently booked an open-top bus experience around Paris using the Headout website, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The booking process was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. I was able to select my preferred tour easily, and the confirmation arrived promptly. The tour itself exceeded my expectations. The panoramic night bus tour provided breathtaking views of Paris's iconic landmarks illuminated in the evening lights. The audio guide was informative and engaging, offering fascinating insights into the city's rich history and culture. The added convenience of free WiFi and 24/7 support further enhanced the experience, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable journey. I highly recommend using Headout for anyone looking to explore Paris in a unique and memorable way. The service was reliable, and the experience was unforgettable.
I will recommend this kind of service to many people. Very useful. With its various stops it makes it possible to visit pe various parts of the city. Excellent.

Very nice way to explore Paris and find out dings. Too bad some speakers didn't work/stay on 1 bus.

The experience isn't bad, I think so the company can improve the service adding more places to the route. Also the route finish so early. In general, this experience allow to go through the city to know 10 different places. In my case, this time 2 of the 10 places was close because construction (Olympic game things).
All the important places visited . Regarding ticketing it is always better to buy through internet instead of buying through counter
Very enjoyable. On the bus back we had to changed seats twice as the earplug connection didn’t work and we wanted to listen to the commentary.

It's a great way to get to know Paris, the bus stops at the best attractions and it doesn't get too long to get the next one. It was a great day, I totally recommend it.
Everything about the organization (ticket purchase, QR entry options at any place, frequency of buses, etc.) was on top, I liked it very much. But... The audio guide is ugly - absolutely uninteresting, and also illiterate. It is a tour! The information is minimal, the presentation is strange: I'm not interested in hearing about the hero's girlfriends and the heroine's sports activities. I once thought that the Paris tourist bus was the best in the world - the presentation was so lively and informative. And I recommended it to everyone. I was very disappointed. The point is lost. Only as public transportation to use, but it is too expensive, la and stops are too rare. And another thing. When there were several routes, shorter stops, it was much cooler. I know my way around Paris thanks to that old bus. Now a lot of things are left out, Montmartre is inaccessible, the Latin Quarter is only a little bit inaccessible, it doesn't go to the Bastille, etc.

The information in audio guide was really poor. The text of audio guide was not interesting at all, almost nothing about the sighting.
Very poor maintenance of the audio guide system resulting in an inability to plug in and listen. If you ate charging for a service it's important to ensure you provide the complete service. Not charge full price and provide half the service.
Loved the choice of stops and pick-up spots. The seats were comfy and the bus drivers polite and skillful. A possible improvement is to eliminate the verbal "character guides" and talk more about the city history, culture and sites that are not stops. Will definitely use this service again!
Great tour through Paris, especially when you have only one day to visit it. You can really hop on and off on each mentioned location, and it was easy for us to find the stops. Nice guide on headphones. As it was a sunny day we used the opportunity to sit outside on upper deck, very nice experience. The only thing you need to take into account is very heavy traffic in the afternoon which affects times for hop on and off, so would recommend to use it in the morning, maybe till 2pm.. (we returned back using metro and RER)
Buses ran every 15 minutes to all of Paris' highlights. Sometimes overcrowded buses, but Paris is also a tourist magnet.

Everything worked. The buses run at regular intervals. The audios kept repeating themselves due to the long traffic jams in Paris, but that wasn't bad. The bus drivers were friendly 👍🏻

A must when in Paris. Gives yiu the chance to see many of the main attractions. The bus was very comfortable and the audio guide very helpful. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed it!
In fact, our disappointment is that you play English-language or popular music instead of French music from France, and at the same time... we'd like to have more information about what we're seeing instead of the music.

We had a wonderful time as we find it's the only way to see as much as you can when only having a short period of time, your app made it so easy
I really liked the tour given, the staff very nice. I didn't like the Italian guide, a bit confusing, the record started several times with the same speech.
View original review in Italian
I thought the audio part was pretty lame. I'm used to these being more informative and this didn't provide much historical information.
The Toot bus was very convenient especially for us we had a 4 year old son and going around the city on our own would not be easy. So the bus was really helpful and we manage to see many places by hopping on and off the bus. The waiting time for the bus was not too bad at all, they have the bus coming frequently. Felt good to go around the city on this bus.
Good view of all Paris highlights. Stops are at the right places. Tickets were easy in handling in combi with the app. Unfortunarely due to the bad weather we were soaked. Trying to leaving the bus we could not step out due to the crowded beloofdnot willing to step out to let us pass). Not all buses have a roof which kan be closed during the rain.
I have difficults to find the point where the tour starts. Gallery Lafayette is a generical information, you have to inform the entire adress of the agência.
Not enough historical stuff. I would have liked to learn more about the history of Paris rather than weird anecdotes about made up people. It was cute but not what I came for. The music in between was good enough.
Buying tickets online was easy and finding where the pick up stops were. It was raining hard and when the bus came it was one of the few with a covered top so we were saved from getting drenched. If it hadn't had a cover on top we would not have done the tour that day. Can hop on and off when you want to and clear information on headphones provided in many languages. With discounts that day paid 33 euros. Not sure we would have paid higher prices though. Stops were frequent for hop offs and buses ran regular. Great service and helped us see Paris in 2 hours.
Easy to buy the tickets online and see all the incredible places. We could enjoy as long as we wanted in each station :) It was a rainy day so this was honestly a really good option to see Paris without getting wet 🤩
It was the perfect, conftable first day sightseing program, because it gives you a glimpse of the city and the main sights. Tickets were easily accesible from the app. We were super satisfied!
It was easy to book and the toot bus was perfect 🥰 I took my mom and Husband to Paris for the first time my mom loved the toot bus as it was easy for her to enjoy seeing the best of Paris
Very easy to make an order. Instant confirmation Availability of the bookings into the app. Easy to use the codes from app Discounts that Headout offer for purchases through the app
mooie sightseeing en hop-off op leuke locaties. Wel iets duurder dan metro, maar zo zie je ook de omgeving nog. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
The possibility of audio guide in Italian and that of being able to get off and get back on when I wanted pretty much did it for every attraction

We had "Mo" from Mumbai India as our guide, and she was very good. But very disapointed that we couldnt get access to the summit, wich we had ordered from Home.
Despite the cold, it was worth the experience and the friendliness of our guide Fortune Too bad we couldn't see the city from the top floor due to the fog

The visit itself it was almost perfect, and the guide we had was very nice and very informed about the Eiffel Tower and about the city.
The tour was fine but the whole thing was too expensive for what it offers and waiting too long for others from the group at the start.

Mariana was perfect, excellent guide and with a lot of knowledge about facts and the passion she gave on the tour was amazing, Mariana was very kind, the best.
It was a surprise to me that my tickets were not pre-purchased, so we had to wait the line ANYWAY. So compared to a single visit to the Tower, only the guide was an extra. Was not worth it with a kid, however, she enjoyed that she can play the smartie. :)
Enjoying the Tower and its surroundings in an organized way. Knowing the history of the icon of France and the guide very friendly and dynamic in his interaction with visitors. Excellent experience

Easy to find the guide among the crowd @ the tower very informative and made the experience fun, If your going to use a guyide I would recomend this co was professional and took the stress out of the seeing the Effiel tower
We met our guide about a block from the base of the Eiffel Tower, and he very enthusiastically led our group to the tower, giving many explanations -- history, construction details, cultural information -- as we waited in line and eventually rode the elevator to the 2nd level. Sadly, the summit became closed AS our guide got to the ticket booth :(
Alexandra was clear with the info and also sweet towards the children. The view was great even though it was very cloudy

The meeting point was easy to find, the tour guide was very friendly and explained the most famous buildings and structures with historical backgrounds on the 2nd floor.

Correct. Good comlunication. Good guide. No expirience as some of the horrible reviews. They are not true! That is the experience we had.
Crowds were busy,Pepe was very infomative with lots of information we would never find in any guide book, the tour was better than we expected.
Charges were too high than what was actual ticket price. Was charged double the price , even with guide double price is not justifiable. Ticket said 8pm but then later we realised that it's 9pm and not delay I selected as 8pm.
The guide Edmond was very nice, smiling, funny, entertaining! Disapointing was that right in our face the caunter lady said the summit was suddenly closed. I booked tickets with a guided organised tour and thought it was guarantied to go to the top. Should I be there alone, we would have chance to buy summit ticket but for the group she wouldnt sell it. We got refund which we appreciate but we visit Paris for the first time and not sure if/when we will be back. Thank you!
Totally unforgettable: The views were spectacularly beyond expectations. Guide excellent & patient. Crowd big but not restrictive.
Liked the second floor..didn't have time to go to the summit. We were in line for 45 minutes before getting on the elevator. We had to be at a cruise at 715 so we paid additional money for nothing. To much time to get in and we should have been notified.
The guided tour was amazing. Our guide, Catalina, gave us so much information in a playful way. She answered all our questions and explained very interesting historical and current details about the Tower.
It was a beautiful day on the top deck enjoying the views and the sunshine! Ticketing was easy online and converting it to a paper voucher!

The negative was, that we went to get on the bus on Sunday Oct. 20 and learned only at the bus stop that due to an event the buses were only leaving in the afternoon. The Headout app did not inform us. We did not know that we booked the tickets not directly with the Toot bus company. Other than that t was a good exerience
You never had to wait long for the bus, there was always a seat available! We wouldn't book the cruise again with small children, it was a bit boring for the kids

Great way to see the city from both the road and the river. Enjoyed the commentary and the opportunity to get off to explore further.
Loved seeing Paris from to top of the bus.... didn't rate the commentary as much but still good. The Siene river cruise was wonderful, the best part of our hop on hop off tour.
Commentary was not at all informative - too 'chatty' and not enough details. We were psssing buildings that we were told nothing about whilst the commentary was rambling on about a man's pub and a girl going for a jog.
It was easy to get around all the most important sites were nearby the route but there is so much to see that we have to comeback. I do recommend a 2 days hop in/out
The assistance of a TOOTBUS agent or attendant on site, so that I could pick up my tickets in the e-mail I received from HeadOut. Seats available and equipped with seat belts. Totally electric bus with no gasoline fumes, WoW! A very good point for the environment and for our lungs. The audio guide was of good quality. I regret, however, that the tour did not include the Sacré-Coeur or the Père Lachaise cemetery.

I Liked to See different imposantes places, in Bus I did not like the Voice of the german Woman ( Computer Voice?) she spoke very exagerated and like a Child , it was personal and not informative. In the boot the man ( live in english and frech) was much better and informed us very good and intresting.
The river cruise on the Sena , was so crowded. The seats are incomfortable. They don't give us any information of PARIS places where passing throught .
The historical commentaries were very interesting when we were on the bus. On the fly boat, the guide was very interesting and kept our interest from start to finish. Well done!

The Tour was good and the guides were nice. But on sunday there was a Marathon in Paris, and we didn't get any Info about it in advance. We had booked an payed for 2 days and could use only 1 day and also had to change our plans what was not very nice for our last day...
Very convienient way to see main sighting atractions in Paris. Busdrivers are super firendly and helpful. The only complain is about getting to the ferry. Make sure you ask for paper tickets from bus driver before heading to the ferry!
It was an amazing experience! Me and my 14 years old son had a wonderful time. Very nice view, very comfortable trip and a fantastic english guide. I would recommend it to everyone! ❤️
We had a fabulous time. Lots of helpful people around tour route to answer our questions. The boat cruise was a highlight!
I think the ticket sellers could have been friendlier at stop 9 the Eiffel Tower stop. I asked if this was were we boarded the bus and she told me no it was further down past a bus stop but then a bus arrived and we got on. It felt like she just was not happy we already had a ticket online and distant feel it was her job to provide information. The big bus ticket seller was very friendly strangely enough when we asked him if the toot bus also stopped here. Not sure how they can be friendly knowing that we are not there customer but the ticket seller boot bus was so rude. I would have excused the big bus ticket seller if he has responded the way toot bus ticket seller responded but not acceptable to be treated that was when I paid toot bus for a service. I will probably tell people this story if anyone asks me about getting a sight seeing your bus in a city like Paris. At the same time I think the toot bus was good value for money. Not the bus drivers fault but I was not given any headphones for the audio guide when I first boarded the bus. The ticket seller scanned my ticket.
It was good, I like it and a lot of buses available.
Short route but enough to see the most important site in Paris. Driver and personal support very polite. Thank you.
It was really entertaining for us!

Point on a map in the application is showing wron position for the museum entrance. It shows totally different building, the hotel, located in 2 subway stops from the correct enter. Howewer, in mail position is correct. Because of this we lost 1 hour of day - just by following a map position from the app

Visiting Mona Lisa!!! When growing up. I only knew and read about it from pictures and books. But when i saw the painting for the first time... Im Beyond Fascinated..!!!
Even if we bought skip the line tickets, we still had to wait a long line until we entered in the Louvre museum. On the contrary we entered immediately when we arrived in the Museum of Orsay. Both wonderful museums and should not be missed
The museum was great and the audio-guide works. But the fact that I have to go to the Head out app to get my tickets was a hassle. It wasn't sent in the email, said my ticket is in the app so I needed to install the app (I have no more phone memory and poor internet data.) We were almost denied entry because I do not have an internet roaming and the ticket is in the app, unlike other ticketing online that sends pdf file on the email confirmation with my free internet. We went out of the museum to get better data coverage in order to install the app and get my tickets 😆
I should have downloaded the audio guide before arriving at the venue. This was written in your description, but I neglected doing it, and then arrived at the venue expecting to do it, and I couldn't bc the service was bad outside the venue, and I realized I needed to research the areas I wanted to tour BEFORE I got to the venue so I could download them. The QR code and email I received with purchase said no where on it that I was going to receive a WHATSAPP message to click through to receive my actual PDF ticket. So while in line I had to call customer service and he directed me to the WhatsApp message where I downloaded the PDF (which took a LONG time since the service in the line was so bad -- likely due to the huge crowds) There didn't seem to be any benefit to skipping the line with my purchased ticket. Maybe that wasn't part of my purchase? But I had to stand with hundreds of other people who also had a 1pm scheduled visit.
The waiting time was shortened to about 30 min, so bcp more pleasant and we had more time for the visit. To do again, because the Louvre is very large and we saw only a part. The tickets were sent by WhatsApp, it took me a while to understand the procedure, I was expecting to find them on the app directly.

Super interesting, useful for general education, some of the tricks are simply indescribably beautiful. I can only recommend it.

We so enjoyed the Louvre, and would advise people to get the audio guide. (The tickets make it sound like the guide is somehow included, and there was some downloading process on our phones we couldn't make work). Instead use the museum's Nintendo device you rent and find the option that locates you and click on objects in the room.
The museum it's self is such an amazing and beautiful building, you are blown away before you get inside. Once you get through the epic que, grab a map (there is one available in every language), then make a plan of what you want to see. The Mona Lisa is a must! Great cafes on site, as well ad shopping opportunities in the gift shops and further shops underneath the museum.
The codes did not work to download audio guide. Frustrating. As I got ticket to me one day in advance I was unable to resolve with Headout prior to entering the Louvre. We were in the middle of our trip to Paris and I did not want to deal with this sort of issue. I try to plan ahead so as not to have this problem.
It is highly recommended to book your time slot early enough to be sure that you can enter the museum at the desired time. The entrance to the museum itself is very well organized, so that I was at the museum at 11:30 am, as booked.

We had 3 hours until we had to leave for the airport and the round trip fitted the bill. Approximately 2 1/4 hours of great views and information
There was no direction that we had to be scanned for every gallery. Also, finding the way out ... the ACTUAL way out, not just another galley or shop should really be clearer than a staff member saying "just over there" and pointing. Yes, England is just over there, too but you just pointed me to another gallery.
I would have liked to understand what they meant by optional audiology. We didn't ask for it when we arrived at the museum and I didn't know if it was included in the ticket we paid or not. Lack of clarity for my taste. Thank you

I had a very mixed experience on this tour. I feel that Headout provided a good service as far a they were able but have a few suggestions on additional information that could be provided detailed below and I will also be providing feedback directly to Big Bus as I feel my dissatisfaction was mostly caused by them. 1. Meeting point - directions to the meeting point were mostly clear but there are barriers at present which make this hard to reach. There were crowds of people at the stop with no apparent queing system. It was not clear there would be more than one bus and that people would have an upper deck seat if they wanted. It was stressful having groups pushing in front of me when I thought it might mean I was unable to get decent seats despite arriving in good time. 2. Audioguides - the onboard audioguide requires wired headphones with an extra long wire (particularly for those with an aisle seat). These were not made available and I was not aware I would need them so we only had one set which were not suitable for sharing. The information I accessed on this was out of sync and related to a monument we didn't even visit. I had downloaded the Big Bus app as advised but was unable to access the audioguide through that. There was a sign for an app called WhatIzIs which may have provided a useful commentary, but could not access this as I did not know about it in advance and could not access it at the time. As we were taking the tour to find out more about the City this was a big disappointment for us. We ended up improvising a commentary based on information on Google maps and whilst this was entertaining, there's no guarantee as to it being accurate or comprehensive. 3. WiFi - I was unable to access wifi on the bus. This was only a problem for mrdue to the issues with the audioguide, but if it is listed as a facility i would expect it to be availbable. Overall, the night tour is a brilliant experience, but it is not very well delivered by Big Bus. This could be mediated to some extent by providing information on this issues highlighted above. Personally, whilst I am happy to book through Headout for other experiences, I will not be using Big Bus in the future.
A lovely experience ☺️ except .... the boarding point was not properly indicated, the information board was not at the correct stop. This caused annoyance among your customers.
Everything was amazing! Good explanations and quick solutions when the streets were closed.
