Over all the experience was ok, but seats and bus were extremely cold. Not upstairs but downstairs. At least put on some heat in January.
I thought I had access to a ticket with a cruise as you specify, but it was explained to me that this was not the case and that it had to be paid for separately, so I only took the bus tour, which left me disappointed!

The tour was thorough and took us through the main scenes We loved it when it is combined with the boat cruise it was even better
Buying tickets was very easy...no problem at all. The bus trip was very interesting, very worthwhile...5 stars. The only disadvantage of the visit to the Eiffel Tower was that the guide spoke English throughout.

I had trouble with Big Bus tour App. It was not accurate for the stops that were indicated on the App. We waited a while (after 3 buses passed us by) before we decided to to go to a different location. The stops had changed an App was inaccurate.
We particularly liked the fact that the buses stopped at the bus stops every 10 minutes, that there were headphones to listen to the history of the sights and that you could also choose German as the language,

It was a perfect way to get around the city and the most interesting parts. 1 day is not enough thought. Next time, we'll book 2 days.
The toot bus in Paris runs later than 7.30 pm we found a few more hours could have helped us on our return to hotel.also the audio didn't work on our bus also we had three buses pass together each full so waiting for the next took another 15 min it would have been nicer if the distances were further apart
It was a beautiful day on the top deck enjoying the views and the sunshine! Ticketing was easy online and converting it to a paper voucher!
The bua route was good enabling you to see the best bits of Paris. Convenient way of seeing Paris. Audio was good. The boat cruise was not a great experience. Badly organised, no information about waiting time. Had to queue 1 & 1/2 hours. Then told only 40 minutes instead of expected 1 hour. Views limited unless you stand outside but was raining & cold. Missed statue of liberty as turned very quickly
All in all superb experience . Could see most of Paris in a day . And the commentary was excellent. Keep it up . London was done in June and now Paris . Missed out on Rome though!!'
We boarded the bus at le gare nord at 9:45 as the 1st. Nice explanation through headphones. Also very convenient that you could get off at places of interest and then continue as before. We had a very good experience and nice drivers!

The pick up venue was a huge problem yesterday as 5 was moved due to arc de triomp was closed. Had to walk all the way to 6 .shld of been notified on the site saying another was in place. Seeing that we don't know Paris at all
We had 3 hours until we had to leave for the airport and the round trip fitted the bill. Approximately 2 1/4 hours of great views and information
I had an app for the bus tour but it doesn't show the time of bus. Quite annoyed that we cannot get more information from bus tour app
I thought it was a great experience. It's well worth doing. My only suggestion is to specify at the time of purchase that the ticket is valid for 24 hours, because the explanation on the website suggests that it is only valid on the day of use.

Reserving the tickets was easy, and the app also user friendly. We could not see many of the attractions or access some due to the prepartions for the Olympics which was a bit disappointing - but we still got to see and do a lot. Very informative and educational with the audio guides.
Great hop on hop off bus. Very easy to use, plenty of buses so never waiting long at a stop. Unfortunately ran out of time to do the cruise . Well worth the money and a great way to see Paris.
It was difficult to get to the meeting point to visit the Eiffel Tower. As far as the bus tour is concerned, I'm unhappy because we weren't able to visit the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I therefore request a commercial gesture on your part.

We loved that the bus stop was very close to our accomodation, and we loved the boat cruise up the Seine, and the bus tour
Easy to book via app. The buses were all clean and on time. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent language skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed the visits to the emblematic sites, a way to get to know a little bit of Paris and with the boat ride on the Seine River it was a wonderful experience to see this incredible city and its very attentive people, even on the eve of the Olympic Games.

I recently booked an open-top bus experience around Paris using the Headout website, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The booking process was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. I was able to select my preferred tour easily, and the confirmation arrived promptly. The tour itself exceeded my expectations. The panoramic night bus tour provided breathtaking views of Paris's iconic landmarks illuminated in the evening lights. The audio guide was informative and engaging, offering fascinating insights into the city's rich history and culture. The added convenience of free WiFi and 24/7 support further enhanced the experience, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable journey. I highly recommend using Headout for anyone looking to explore Paris in a unique and memorable way. The service was reliable, and the experience was unforgettable.
I will recommend this kind of service to many people. Very useful. With its various stops it makes it possible to visit pe various parts of the city. Excellent.

The points of departure were signposted so tiny that we only found them after the third attempt. The audio guide had far too little information. There were also so many large buildings during the tour that were unfortunately not mentioned at all. It was good that the sights were all nicely connected.

The audio in Spanish is terrible, there is little information about the places and none at all about some, the audios are cut off and become useless.
I bought five 48hr passes yet they were only valid for one day and on that day we were left stranded on the Champs-Elyssee in the afternoon when no more buses came that way despite it being mid afternoon, resulting in my family and I needing to get 2 taxi's to our hotel - The Big Buses were still coming along the road and I wish I had bought tickets on that.
It was easy to buy the the ticket and we got the extra with the sena tour, we hade the opportunity to see the best in de sena and in land
We were able to hop on and off at different site attractions. And the buses are quite regular, so you don't have to wait too long to hop on the next one to another attraction. The only issue is Paris traffic is one of the worst on the planet.
It's a great way to get to know Paris, the bus stops at the best attractions and it doesn't get too long to get the next one. It was a great day, I totally recommend it.
Everything about the organization (ticket purchase, QR entry options at any place, frequency of buses, etc.) was on top, I liked it very much. But... The audio guide is ugly - absolutely uninteresting, and also illiterate. It is a tour! The information is minimal, the presentation is strange: I'm not interested in hearing about the hero's girlfriends and the heroine's sports activities. I once thought that the Paris tourist bus was the best in the world - the presentation was so lively and informative. And I recommended it to everyone. I was very disappointed. The point is lost. Only as public transportation to use, but it is too expensive, la and stops are too rare. And another thing. When there were several routes, shorter stops, it was much cooler. I know my way around Paris thanks to that old bus. Now a lot of things are left out, Montmartre is inaccessible, the Latin Quarter is only a little bit inaccessible, it doesn't go to the Bastille, etc.

We were in Paris on Monday November 4 and were very lucky with the weather, which allowed us to sit on the bus's uncovered roof top. It's a very pleasant way to discover neighborhoods and buildings. You can book tickets online and use the app to find out timetables and routes.

The information in audio guide was really poor. The text of audio guide was not interesting at all, almost nothing about the sighting.
Buses were always on time and it was easy to explore all the sites without having to worry about how to move around. I was with my 76 year mother and she loved it.
We were thrilled to have bought all the tickets in advance and were able to look forward to the long weekend without any stress.

👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹👍🎂👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🎂
Very poor maintenance of the audio guide system resulting in an inability to plug in and listen. If you ate charging for a service it's important to ensure you provide the complete service. Not charge full price and provide half the service.
The negative was, that we went to get on the bus on Sunday Oct. 20 and learned only at the bus stop that due to an event the buses were only leaving in the afternoon. The Headout app did not inform us. We did not know that we booked the tickets not directly with the Toot bus company. Other than that t was a good exerience
Loved the choice of stops and pick-up spots. The seats were comfy and the bus drivers polite and skillful. A possible improvement is to eliminate the verbal "character guides" and talk more about the city history, culture and sites that are not stops. Will definitely use this service again!
You never had to wait long for the bus, there was always a seat available! We wouldn't book the cruise again with small children, it was a bit boring for the kids

Great tour through Paris, especially when you have only one day to visit it. You can really hop on and off on each mentioned location, and it was easy for us to find the stops. Nice guide on headphones. As it was a sunny day we used the opportunity to sit outside on upper deck, very nice experience. The only thing you need to take into account is very heavy traffic in the afternoon which affects times for hop on and off, so would recommend to use it in the morning, maybe till 2pm.. (we returned back using metro and RER)
Buses ran every 15 minutes to all of Paris' highlights. Sometimes overcrowded buses, but Paris is also a tourist magnet.
View original review in German
Everything worked. The buses run at regular intervals. The audios kept repeating themselves due to the long traffic jams in Paris, but that wasn't bad. The bus drivers were friendly 👍🏻

A must when in Paris. Gives yiu the chance to see many of the main attractions. The bus was very comfortable and the audio guide very helpful. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed it!
Great way to see the city from both the road and the river. Enjoyed the commentary and the opportunity to get off to explore further.
In fact, our disappointment is that you play English-language or popular music instead of French music from France, and at the same time... we'd like to have more information about what we're seeing instead of the music.
View original review in French
Loved seeing Paris from to top of the bus.... didn't rate the commentary as much but still good. The Siene river cruise was wonderful, the best part of our hop on hop off tour.
We had a wonderful time as we find it's the only way to see as much as you can when only having a short period of time, your app made it so easy
Commentary was not at all informative - too 'chatty' and not enough details. We were psssing buildings that we were told nothing about whilst the commentary was rambling on about a man's pub and a girl going for a jog.

The guide was very good 👍. Then a lot of people changed their minds about going to the summit, which led to delays and organizational problems. That's a shame.
View original review in French
We met our guide at the designated area and he took us to the tower. Worthwhile as we beat the long queue to go close to the lift area. Just a short wait and we were on the way up. The view was fantastic. Our guide Max was very knowledgeable about the tower. He had some short quiz after the explanation. It was fun though. Tested our memory. We went right up to the summit and the view was...WOW!. I would recommend this to everyone especially if you are travelling from farm, book early.
Gonzalo was very kind, professional and friendly. He guided us to the Eiffel Tower and explained everything really well. Defo we will be booking again. Thank you
Guide was informative. Please note, you have to meet at the store approx 5 mins walk away from the tower. I assumed the address on the ticket was for the tower. Probably didn't read it right, either way, just a heads up
Die Führung war sehr informativ und interessant und wir haben viel gelernt, waren aber auch frei das anzuschauen, was wir wollten. Alles prima! 😊
The guide Mathias wonderful, explained everything very well and speaks several languages, friendly and cultured, the best views, super fast entry, a unique experience and highly recommended, if you have vertigo do not climb to the top, highly recommended, to buy online is fast.

We were unable to go to the summit due to the weather conditions. That was ok and and not a great surprise. The guide informed us that we would be able to get our money back for that component. The staff at the venue refused to refund us as we were part of a package. Very disappointed by that and it was incorrect.
I thought I had access to a ticket with a cruise as you specify, but it was explained to me that this was not the case and that it had to be paid for separately, so I only took the bus tour, which left me disappointed!

On the day of the visit to the Eiffel Tower, nobody showed up. About twenty of us were waiting for him. I had to call several times and when they picked up the phone, they told me that they had sent me an email canceling the event. After insisting, I was summoned for the next day at the same time. The next day, we were able to visit the Eiffel Tower.

Our local tour guide, Edmond (if this is the correct spelling) is very helpful. He told us the story of Eiffel and really paid attention to all of us.
Although it was bitterly cold, the experience will be unforgettable. And our guide Charles contributed to this. He spoke very good English, so it was easy for us to understand what he was saying. He had a great sense of humor and overall the whole experience was super! Thank you very much!

Very good experience, the guide Max explained everything about the Eiffel Tower, its history and at the end he did a quiz to validate what we had learned. The guide was a genius!

The guide met us as expected and was very pleasant. I was just surprised that as a group ticket and having paid more--- we didn't get to skip any lines once inside the Eiffel Tower? We actually waited so long in the line that the next group tour from your company was right behind us in the cue for the elevators. That was disappointing.
This was falsely claimed as a guided tour when the actual guide didn't give us proper insights and literally guided us to the second floor and left us on our own. The tour which was supposed to be at 4 pm happened at 5+pm so it wasn't the value of money. If we were to buy a summit ticket and go on our own without any information we would have directly done it via official channels.
Edmund was an enthusiastic guide who made the wait in the long queues bearable by fun facts about the Eiffel Tower. During very busy season a lot of queuing though. At entrance control, at tickets for top, at elevators for up and down....

Night experience in the museum is amazing! However, I cannot get the audio guide with my ticket which it should included.
I was not able enter with the ticket given to me on the app, not until I called and then was emailed the proper ticket was I allowed entry...the audio did not work in the museum. The Louvre was still amazing even without guidance.
the audio guide was not easy and we were not able to use it. the entrance hours were respected. the museum's facilities were excellent.

The exhibits were fabulous and very educational. The museum is easy to navigate. The audio was neccesary to extend the learning experiences. Mona Lisa and Goddess Aphrodite were my favorite. I have lots of pictures and memories. The Lourve is so large that I will come back again with my daughter.

We got in in only 10 mins even though the line up outside was massive. Thankfully they let us in late (1h) since wile missed our exact time due to flight delays. Audio guide was great and even navigates you through the museum which is so helpful
A memorable experience among priceless works of art. I saw works that I studied in school and had never seen live, I found it all very personally engaging and emotional to the point of tears. The only negative note was standing in line for more than an hour despite the fact that I purchased a ticket that cost twice as much and guaranteed a line skip.

The crowds were overwhelming and the museum doesn't seem to be well organized as the lineup for each exhibit was so vague and people were cutting infront of us. I believe it could be better organized!
The entrance worked without any problems, but the audio guide was confusing and not well sorted, so that it could hardly be used.

Point on a map in the application is showing wron position for the museum entrance. It shows totally different building, the hotel, located in 2 subway stops from the correct enter. Howewer, in mail position is correct. Because of this we lost 1 hour of day - just by following a map position from the app
We particularly liked the fact that the buses stopped at the bus stops every 10 minutes, that there were headphones to listen to the history of the sights and that you could also choose German as the language,

Visiting Mona Lisa!!! When growing up. I only knew and read about it from pictures and books. But when i saw the painting for the first time... Im Beyond Fascinated..!!!
Even if we bought skip the line tickets, we still had to wait a long line until we entered in the Louvre museum. On the contrary we entered immediately when we arrived in the Museum of Orsay. Both wonderful museums and should not be missed
The museum was great and the audio-guide works. But the fact that I have to go to the Head out app to get my tickets was a hassle. It wasn't sent in the email, said my ticket is in the app so I needed to install the app (I have no more phone memory and poor internet data.) We were almost denied entry because I do not have an internet roaming and the ticket is in the app, unlike other ticketing online that sends pdf file on the email confirmation with my free internet. We went out of the museum to get better data coverage in order to install the app and get my tickets 😆

I had a very mixed experience on this tour. I feel that Headout provided a good service as far a they were able but have a few suggestions on additional information that could be provided detailed below and I will also be providing feedback directly to Big Bus as I feel my dissatisfaction was mostly caused by them. 1. Meeting point - directions to the meeting point were mostly clear but there are barriers at present which make this hard to reach. There were crowds of people at the stop with no apparent queing system. It was not clear there would be more than one bus and that people would have an upper deck seat if they wanted. It was stressful having groups pushing in front of me when I thought it might mean I was unable to get decent seats despite arriving in good time. 2. Audioguides - the onboard audioguide requires wired headphones with an extra long wire (particularly for those with an aisle seat). These were not made available and I was not aware I would need them so we only had one set which were not suitable for sharing. The information I accessed on this was out of sync and related to a monument we didn't even visit. I had downloaded the Big Bus app as advised but was unable to access the audioguide through that. There was a sign for an app called WhatIzIs which may have provided a useful commentary, but could not access this as I did not know about it in advance and could not access it at the time. As we were taking the tour to find out more about the City this was a big disappointment for us. We ended up improvising a commentary based on information on Google maps and whilst this was entertaining, there's no guarantee as to it being accurate or comprehensive. 3. WiFi - I was unable to access wifi on the bus. This was only a problem for mrdue to the issues with the audioguide, but if it is listed as a facility i would expect it to be availbable. Overall, the night tour is a brilliant experience, but it is not very well delivered by Big Bus. This could be mediated to some extent by providing information on this issues highlighted above. Personally, whilst I am happy to book through Headout for other experiences, I will not be using Big Bus in the future.

This review is too restrictive, the answers I have given are the best available. In truth much of the parc appears worn out, even some of the cast costumes. This was our 3rd visit over approximately 15 years and the difference is telling. However the new parc looks sparkling and is more of the standard expected and of that of the US parcs. That said we enjoyed the visit any dissatisfaction is in it not standing out against other parcs.
The tickets worked as we moved it to the Disneyland app for verification. The child ticket had to be manually entered. Entry into the theme park/s was a breeze and smooth thereafter. The park is huge and requires a few more days to complete.
Such a magical experience that can be shared with family, friends and partners of any age. A good value for money and I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
Spiderman and Ratatouille Studio Parks were so good. Stark Rollercoaster was so unexpected and it really made us afraid of our lives, nevertheless it will stay with us a funny and scary memory.
I thought it was fantastic how easy it was to buy the tickets. It worked very well, given that my agency hadn't been able to do it

We had a great day, despite the rather bad weather. The Alice and Indiana Jones mazes were both great. The waiting area at Indiana Jones is beautifully designed and there is a lot to see. The roller coaster ride is very fast but remains unforgettable. Unfortunately we didn't have much time to see everything, but we'll definitely be back 😀.

Hello, It was an enriching experience and we had a great time with the whole family despite the winter chill, but above all we were able to enjoy the magnificent show at the end of the evening. Wonderful for the little ones To be repeated
View original review in French
I queued for 3 hours to take a photo with Mickey, which lasted 3 minutes. The name of the place is Mickey's house, so a visit or attraction was minimally expected to justify such a long wait. The children were lying on the floor from exhaustion. It wasn't worth the experience when it comes to "Disney excellence". In winter, the park is extremely cold and finding hot food is a challenge; we only found cold food such as sandwiches, rolls, hot dogs and the like. There is hardly any covered space to accommodate visitors during their visit to the park, and many people left before the evening show because of the aggressive cold and the wet conditions. A simple soup could easily be served to keep people warm during the rainy weather. The park is beautiful, the rides very nice, the prices for snacks and meals are not exorbitant inside, but the customer service is far from what we studied about Disney service excellence, which is frustrating.
View original review in Portuguese
The park is very nice, but if I come back I will surely get the fast pass, because the queues were very long and you lose a lot of day, and more if you go only one, for the rest it was great. I will repeat with you for sure, I wanted to put great and put a good face.

My Disneyland Paris trip was truly magical from start to finish. The rides offered the perfect mix of thrill and nostalgia, while the parades and fireworks brought the Disney magic to life in unforgettable ways. The park’s incredible attention to detail, combined with its European charm, made every corner feel like a dream. It’s an experience I’ll cherish forever, and I can’t wait to return!

Due to Notre Dame being opened not all the stops were available. I arrived by train to Austerlitz with the intention to catch the boat on arrival and return . This was not possible and I was not informed.
This was such a great way to ease into Patis, rest while seeing sites and to slow things down on a busy trip! Loved the flexibility to go at our time and pace and get on get off when we wanted. We did the 2 day ticket and used it both days!
To be able to get on and off as you wish. It would be perfect if there was a toilet on board, at least at all landing stages.

The trip down the river was lovely, but on the way back we waited for 40mins for a boat from the Louvre stop, and it never arrived. We then walked up the river for ten minutes and the boat did not pass us (totalling at least 50mins with no boat). This is despite plenty of other boats from other companies regularly travelling in both directions. There was no communication regarding delays. As a result we feel we overpaid for a one way trip down the river, as we could not use the hop on hop off function due to lack of boats.
Used to travel from the Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame which was good, however would have appreciated a bit of info being provided on route about places we were passing
Saw lots of interesting places while relaxing at the same time, easy to book online and easy to find
Looking at the sites in a relaxed environment
Der Prozess um die Tickets zu bekommen war umständlich und zäh. Aber die Fahrt sehr schön
