Albeit for the absence of an actual barcode or QR code - the purchase experience was great. I was allowed entry with just the email - but with the email and app installed there was no way for the ticket checker to verify my credentials. The Cathedral is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. With the aid of the pre booked tickets we were quickly inside and missed any queuing. We walked around reading the various notices and taking photos of the beautiful windows and statues. A really awe inspiring morning!
