• The buses are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs must be no larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high to board the bus. If unsure, contact the service provider.
• Your dogs are welcome on the buses.
• A 1-day ticket is valid for 1 calendar day whereas the 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, if you hop on at 10am, then your ticket remains valid till 10am the following day.

• You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
