Ticketing was easy and very convenient. Loved being able to get around and get off at the places we wanted to see more of.
The mate on the river cruise was funny and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it! After three days of walking, the bus was a great way to see the city and test the feet.
To me easygoing way of the narrative was great. It has made me feel very connected with the speech turning my expirience very good.
Great tour. The Thames Cruise extraordinary. Enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Uthman ,a nice guy who worked for Big Bus company ,for your time and good tips.
Thames cruise good overview of the highlights of the city
The live commentary was great - informative and funny! And the views from the river can't be beat
Good day! Enjoyed the ride with the family
The tour was excellent, but we were left at a bus stop at 16:30, two hours less than what the advertisement stated.

We've been taking the Big Bus for a long time. This is the first time we've had to wait so long to catch a bus. We looked at the waiting time on the app, but it kept changing. Also, once it arrived, it could be crowded, which sometimes prevented us from sitting down and/or listening to the audio guide.

Seamless ticeketing procedure online.Wonderfyl! The itenerary has been very well planned with a running commentary it made the tour comfortable and easy to connect with the places we passed by.
Open roof bus is great. But audio guide was interrupted and cut-off many, many times. So information was lost, what you saw driving by. Sometimes it was also not clear which house etc. the guide talked about, as we had passed it already or where not there yet. Or the description was too vague. The audio guide is the added benefit compared to driving around the city with the regular much cheaper bus lines. If the audio guide doesn't work properly, the tour is not worth its price.
Love the ability to use the hop on hop off at many locations. Just a bit muddling as to where the stops were , that is which side of the street you get the bus . Also the blue is a bit too long fir one ride.
Got to see alot but it was the hottest day of the year and it was very hot on top. We did come prepared with hats and water. However the English haven't invented aircon yet so it was very hot when we had to sit downstairs. I can imagine it would be freezing in winter.
being able to cover all the major attractions with flexibility on choosing which one to see and where to get off. different routes (red and blue) help as well in terms of some planning for the sights the river cruise was excellent (with the weather being great as well on the day) One issue that we encountered was that the frequency would vary for the buses and the app at times wasnt that helpful.
Made a list of what we wanted to see. Saw everything using hop on hop off bus..brilliant we also went on the river cruise from Tower Bridge to Westminster.
It was very convenient. The drivers were so helpful any time I had questions. Would be nice if buses were air conditioned or windows opened more.
The sights of London. However, we noticed that there were no many Red route buses in comparison to the Blue route buses. We had to wait at Hyde Park corner for over 20 minutes for a Red bus, but 4 Blue buses came & went in that time.
The bus tour was great, it included the main sites to visit and the application with the whole route and stops is very helpful. I'll suggest to find a common stop to connect the 3 routes (green, blue and red) to enjoy a full trip. Also, the cruise for the Thames river was only one way, we thought it was a round trip and that we will return to the same place we started to continue with the hop on hop off route but had to walked some time to go back and start again the route.
The map you have on your website is no longer accurate so we waited around for several busses to get on the ORANGE line and it no longer exists. With everyone using technology today, you should update your map on your site.
It was good to see the attractions and have some info about them. Unfortunately the map we got with our tickets was out of date so we wasted a lot of time looking for where to catch the bus. Once we got the bus we had the up to date version and could work out where to go.
Easy to order online, only issue was confirmation e mail stated photo I'd required to relinquish tickets. I had no photo ID. Contacted the help chat and was reassured this was not needed. Plenty of buses available good commentary, friendly drivers. Loved driving over Tower bridge.
We checked in for the first time and the driver simply waived us back and did not direct us to the earphones. We had to figure out the audio system on our own. It was a hot day and the downstairs if our bus was stiffling; once we moved upstairs it was better. Tour was good once we got deleted in; explanations on the audio guide need to be updated now that there is a new monarch in place.
We had a great time on our London hop on hop off tour with Big Bus. The addition is the one way Thames River cruise was a really nice addition although some of the information for this could have been easier to find on the websites. The bus tours were good except that some of the stops near Picadilly were changed because of detours and we didn't know about this until the bus was driving off route according to the map. We ended up getting off and course correcting ourselves. The commentary on the bus is pre recorded which was informative and fine but know that it does repeat some of the facts at different points.
The bus had issues with several of the audio outlets and at leas six of the plug-in boxed did not work around the seats I had. The 1:35 hr trip took nearly 4 hr due to traffic problems (no fault of the bus/service)...😕
Super, I recommend 100/100 We were able to tour London , the audio guide teaches us lots of fascinating anecdotes There are a lot of buses on the blue and red lines, much less on the Green line.

Everyone of the staff were so helpfull and knowlageable, helped us with our journey and sights. The experuence was excellent vslue for money.
I thought it was value for money and staff were extremely friendly the weather spoilt it a bit but it was great fun hop off and on the bus
The yellow and the blue routes. You could however add a few more tourist attractions to the green route to make it more appealing.
All god and we Will do it agin if we come Back sine time😃
Everything was perfect, ❤️ London and all the experience we had
Everything was perfect . Gently and carefully, competent .
Buses broke down, route was changed, half the places we could not see, since there was no proper guidance, total waste of my money
The explanation in Spanish was very interesting and fun. It took us to many places in London, the drivers were very friendly and attentive. The app also worked very well to be able to see the arrival of the buses.

The audio guide in english did not work that good. It was a female voice, then suddenly it cut off to a male voice talking about sumn else, in the middle of her sentence. Happened several times. The driver was cool though.
The frequency of arrival of the bus at the bus stop was fine.... I did not like that the audio guide did not correspond to the monument you were passing by, it was late, every time I got off and on different buses the same thing happened to me.
View original review in Spanish
Good experience, too bad that you cannot track the bus location through the app and consequently cannot estimate how long you are going to have to wait for the bus. It would also be helpful if stops that are temporarily not in use were displayed in the app.

Nice tour with good audio explanations, audio quality very good. We were able to see all the important sights from the comfort of the bus. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the 20 minute break not mentioned anywhere towards the end of our last trip when the children were already tired and hungry

Using the App was quite easy for older folk. The staff were helpful on the bus. Timetables and maps very easy to follow enjoyed the distance we could travel.
Excursion was good. It rained that day so the bus windows fogged up. Some of the audio connections didn't work in the bus. Also we expected the half covered top busses but didn't see any that day. Saw them next day
Easy to book, mobile ticket is an awesome feature to avoid printing hard copy of tickets. The blue tour was excellent, goes through all important sites. The only one tiny issue to fix is to make your top floor seats waterproof. Cheers, Salah
Easy to find the locations, happy about the routes. Only thing is would have had more information about London and it s details in the audio guide. I wish less music was played in the audio guide and added some useful information and history about each location or general information about London.
App was good . Service good. Drivers were very good. Would be great to see app with extra explanation what can be seen at every bus stop.
To begin with I would like to mention the good treatment, the breakfasts were nice and sustained. We had privacy, wifi available, and above all tranquility that allowed us to rest well.

It was just unfortunate with the road closures and the diversion down vauxhaul as it took a very long time without any tour info. It was a decent day out and my son was able to have a little nap so that was ok. Would be nice to have more staff interaction on the bus though. Other hop on hop off buses had a guide on the top. Perhaps I just needed to read better next time.
We booked for 48 hours and the first day was good but the 2nd we want to take the yellow line and from Big ben to Picardy circus all venues was closed so we walked on venue after the other on and finally never took the bus and lost our money !! 4 of us. When we finally see a bus and talked to them about it, nobody was awared of it (green line) they were having conversation via walky talky and it seems to be a suprise for everybody... No notice on the apps... a lost of money and time, unfortunatly time is very important when you travel, gain customer always the one who pay for it.
Great going on the route, but the music playing on the headphones wasn't great. And it would've been nice to have each building pointed out and what it was. But recommend.
A very nice way to see London. And very friendly staff they could take an example from here in the netherlands.

I have noticed that the buses do not operate as often as those of other companies, which has been quite inconvenient for my travel needs. Could you please provide information on whether there are any plans to increase the frequency of the services? I believe that improved schedules would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
It was great to see all the Interesting spots in London. Hop on - Hop off allows to see and visit the places in a relaxed way. With the app it is easy to find the bus stops and to know when the next bus might arrive. This is the only topic which should be improved. Information on bus arrival was not relyable and sometimes busses did not arrive at all.

Awesome city with awesome weather beautiful city sightseeing experience
Great experience and would recommend all to take this tour...
Looking around London on a Hop-On Hop-Off (HOHO) bus makes seeing the city easy when mobility is an issue, as it is for my wife. We went around the blue and red loops, which were very good. We missed the green loop due to time constraints which was disappointing; the early buses were doing the loops so slowly, even though there was no traffic and stopping for ages at each stop for no reason, so the loops took ages. Late in the day, traffic became congested, so loops understandably became slow, but the early slow loops meant that our whole day was taken up on the blue and red loops took up our whole day, even though we only got off and on again twice and we got on the first bus of the day and off the last. At the end of the day, we missed the final blue loop bus to take us back to our start point because the red loop bus took so long to get around, even though it skipped numerous stops. We were thankful that we did this in winter; imagine how long it would take in summer when the traffic is bad. It's disappointing that the early buses didn't make the most of the good traffic conditions.
The views from the open-top level of the bus were amazing, and the complimentary audio was a nice touch. Booking the tickets was straightforward; however, it was a bit confusing figuring out which bus to take since there are several "hop on, hop off" companies operating on the same route. Additionally, the ending time was unclear, and after waiting 10 minutes for a bus, we were informed it would only be going to one more stop. As a result, we ended up having to walk 40 minutes back to our rental.
Hello guys, You wrote me that i booked only the Hop onHop off Ticket buy i had the Themse included which didn't work. Never mind. But don't write me please that i booked only the Hop on hop off.I can still see the Ticket a d It Is clearly there.
I did enjoy the bus tour. I did want to share that on your website and even on the actual bus stop - it says that your bus stop begins at Green Park Station. You do not stop there at all. Please make that correction so others do not waste time waiting like we did.
Hello, it was very nice with the bus. Unfortunately, we didn't have a map of the bus stops at the beginning and we couldn't download one from the app, so we wandered around London. A nice supervisor from another bus company then helped us. The boat trip was great, but without a German guide. Bye

Hop on hop off bus London was really good. Easy to book and the buses came in good time, as advertised. Commentary was also informative and interesting. No complaints from me.
Excellent way to see the city, we can get off and off at the various stops. The Portuguese is the Brazilian version, this aspect could be improved.
Bought tickets online and saved 10% but your pick up at green park was non existent even though it had it in the sign. So we waited 30 minutes for nothing and had to walk pretty far for pick up instead of right across from the hotel. Other than that which was quite important to us because of my husband's hip, it was good
The route and the bus travelling mismatched which caused lot of trouble in planning our trip. The drivers were rude and unhelpful and racist. We were given a bad treatment and were literally pushed out from bus. It was so bad that we had to take a cab to go to our hotel rather than find a right bus in the evening. The river cruise trip included was also single side and not return and we were not informed which made our life difficult as we were stuck on other side assuming we will be dropped at starting point. Imagine going through this with an eight year old daughter with you throughout the day and her experience with such bad behaviour. It was a vexing and tiresome experience.
Easy to get tickets online, I wish your app had a map that eased the path for initially catching the bus. There are so many different companies and it was a bit confusing to try to find the right bus.
We bought the tickets at short notice and got great seats in the pretty Novello Theater. We really enjoyed the show.

Do you regularly skip stops? We wanted to get off the bus, however he never stopped to allow us the oppotunity at a stop. Poor service. I'm sure he was just trying to end his shift early.
1. The HOHO bus stopped and waited for long periods., thus spending a lot of time sitting in one place. Then should depart a stop as soon as passengers have got off and got on. 2. I uderstand that route may be changed to avoid traffic congestion etc, however the stops shown on map did not match with actual - e.g Green Park. 3. We had stood at a stop (no 12 on map) for approx. 5mts because the sign board at stop clearly said " City sightseeing" and the bus just bypassed us!. Stopped about 100 mtrs ahead. By the time we reached the bus had left. then it took another 15-20 mts for next bus to arrive. Updates like this should be informed. 4. While the bus drivers in general were courteous, one (of black ethnicity) was rude when replying my query re changeover stop for blue from red bus. They need to be reminded that customers pay their wages.
It went past every place we wanted. It was great to do the Thames cruise. it was a highlight. The commentary was fine - imformative and entertainment.
Easy to book online. Staff waiting for us at all points of embarkment and disembarkment of bus so extremely reassuring and answered all our queries without hesitation and with a big smile! Bus clean and bus driver fabulous. Voice over informative, easy to hear and incredibly well timed! :-) Loved the cruise and lines and thought it was exceptional value for money.
I responded earlier but seem not to have the option for the negative feedback from the overall good experience. On the first day we waited for 45 minutes at the British Museum, but the bus never showed. We caught the bus later at the hotel. Also, pollution seems higher on the top deck and in traffic. I often had to clean black soot out of my nostrils after a bus ride, and our family all caught colds after our first two days of bus rides. We came again for another one-day and had similar pollution problems. The Edinburgh ticket worked nicely, and we stayed out of the rain as well. We did not use public transportation there.
Very informative commentary BUT would have been easier to follow if each stop was announced by the numbers on your map. The drivers were very nice and helpful
We loved Everything! Well organized. Point of improvement: we were not aware (or maybe missed) about the fact earphones were lying in the bus. It is nice to communicate a list of "nice to know/ practical info" immediately after the online purchase of tickets.
Professionalità degli autisti e addetti alla crociera . Hop on Hop off e' il modo ideale per scoprire una città . La crociera sul Tamigi ha superato le mie aspettative !
Easy to book from New Zealand and easy to catch in London! Staff near the stop at Marble Arch were very helpful and we enjoyed the ride. There were a couple of long delays at a couple of the stops but that was fine.
Everything! It's so convenient to see so many things that you otherwise would not get a chance to. The narrator and guided voice explaining everything was also super helpful.

Amazing Professional Wonderful for a wonderful seightseeing tour
Excellent experience. Well organised. As dvertised
Well, after many hours of searching for close bis stop (the ones around London Eye were not functioning due to not one but three strikes) The boat ride from Westminster (out back up plan for the time being) was cancelled. I have been very upset to not to be able to show my partner around London as well as expected. At that point he wanted to walk to the Buckingham Palace, to see that at least. From there we eventually joined your bus journey and the lady from BB Tour extended our tickets for another day. We were not able to use it for more than few hours. But at least we could enjoy the morning boat ride, before continuing our trip away from London. That was realy good experience, as the ride was comfortable, fun with one of the boat staff talking about the whole journey. Also we loved the bus ride, when we could. The London Eye ride was great, too. The problem was the inconvenience with the strike events and at that time not having live information on your app, as to where is the nearest warking stop. Appart of that we loved it.
Everything has been perfect and has allowed us to know a part of London in 2 days, which otherwise would not have been possible. The audio guides are very good and help you a lot in your visit with very interesting recommendations. The attractions included were perfect and also without waiting time on the chosen time and that was a weekend and Christmas. I recommend everything perfect

My trip was truly exceptional, and I cherished every single moment. The organization was flawless, showcasing the expertise and warm hospitality of the teams at each location. Their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.
The tour lived up to expectations. We were able to see London in three different ways. We used our tickets in an agile way and without queues. Recommended!!!!

The tour with Big Bus was well organized. There were staff at all the stops who helped us, but sometimes we had to wait longer. London Eye and the Thames trip were well worth seeing. Absolutely recommendable. Small point of criticism The guide on the bus tour could have been a bit more informative. It was playful for children.

Headout had all my Big bus tickets ready for me to save in my Walket for easy access and showing at the bus ticket stops. Great service on the London hop on hop off and very helpful guides for queries. Only problem was the long waits between buses but that's city traffic for you. Fabulous experience and definitely consider using Headout again to book future excursions.
It was a great package, but it was difficult to always find the right organizer on site. It was also not clear that you should only use the specific things from the specific provider. Unfortunately, we lost a lot of time as a result.
View original review in German
The London Eye was a great experience for us (including 2 children). We found everything easily and we were lucky that the queue wasn't very long. On the Thames river cruise afterwards, we got on halfway because we thought it started right next to the London Eye and so missed the first half of our paid ride. Nobody pointed this out to us either. A more precise starting point would be important to mention here. And the bus ride was ok, unfortunately it was actually pointless in parts due to a lot of traffic. We stood there for about 1.5 hours without seeing anything new. But we couldn't get off either because we were too far away from the other routes.

The bus was busy so our family were split up and spent more time downstairs than upstairs on the bus. Was expecting the bus to go to Buckingham Palace but two of your different oloured buses took the same route.
Able to see much of the city by riding Hop on Hop Off. was never able to use the ticket for the river cruise. Not enough time and never could find the location to board the boat
Bird's eye view through London Eye, a nice circular bus ride in central London & concluded it with calming boat ride to Greenwich.
Love to see the city by bus for the first time and the river cruise . Need to see more buses on stops and to have full return river cruise .
This allowed us the time to see as much as we could and stop at the sites we wanted to. We had limited time available to enjoy London. We will be back again.
In the bus the driver made anyone get on , so we were forced to stay downstairs . Another time the driver responded rudely to a question I asked .

The driver didn't follow the route in some cases and moreover at the bus stop near Buckingham palace we had to change the bus 3 times - we spent there (at one bus stop) more than 30 minutes because of changing buses. It was very chaotic and the staff was unpleasant. Everything else was great. ;)
Hop On - Hop Off is brilliant. Not only for exploring but also as a means of transportation. The texts are informative and entertaining. The Thames trip is a must! London Eye too. What we didn't do were the guided walks - we did enough walking as it was
View original review in German
Confusing bus stops but it was due to road closure not the bus. Was unsure which bus line we were on. If you could clearly mark inside the bus which line it would have been helpful. Overall experience was good.
The combo package was great. It was nice specially the London Eye experience, we really enjoyed it.
A good pack to enjoy in the city of London

It's a magnificent place, steeped in history. The only drawback is that there's a lot of English reading and no translation. But very nice visit! The Crown Jewels are absolutely incredible.

Very nice visit but the numbers on the map should be repeated on the audio guide x optimize THE orientation of the visitor.

The tour was excellent. The history told prior to walking around was much appreciated. I loved the display of the Crown Jewels.
We had a brilliant time on this trip, our Yeoman was Nev, he was funny, informative and made the trip for us. Highly recommend
The Tower is worth a visit and the ticket price. Although it was a very sunny winter day, which made it all very good. You can go on a rainy day, because there's plenty to see inside. After three hours I still hadn't seen it all. I skipped the crown jewels, the fusiliers museum and the torturing bits. I did see the white tower with all the harnesses and weaponry, all of the battlements and a whole bunch of towers, the towers where prisoners were held captive, the ravens, the café, a bunch of shops and dozens of wonderful views etc...
Incredible experience! The Tower is beautiful, a tour through the history of the British crown. The Tower Brudge is absolutely one of the most beautiful monuments in London that I have seen.

A very pleasant experience, but you have to take into account the queues in addition to the visiting time. We didn't have enough time between the two, so we hurried to the site.
View original review in French
Very good visit ! we stayed there for a little over 2 hours to tour the site and explore the different rooms. There is a lot to see and it is very interesting. Opportunity to see the Crown Jewels (which is the reason for our visit) but everything else about the tour is just as amazing ! You will be able to see for example: the White Tower, the ravens, the Chapel, as well as different exhibition rooms which give you a lot of explanations... all with a view of the Tower Bridge.
All the staff were very friendly, there were no queues, everything was very overwhelming, the paths well described, toilets top, the narrator was funny and super loud voice everyone could understand her as she told us the stories of kings and kings with factual words and funny details.

This was the first time I have used electric tickets, brilliant. Went to mama meia and tower of London both brilliant fabulous many thanks to headout
The Tower of London is an iconic place in London history, so it was very interesting to actually visit there. The Crown Jewels display was impressive and informative. The incscrptions left in certain rooms by the prisoner held there over the ages was sobering. Very interesting site to visit. The Headout booking was very easy and the e-ticket on the app was very convenient.
Everything, it was my first time visiting the Tower of London. To see the crown Jewels was so wonderful 💖 The Ravens were the best for me, they made my day.
There were so many things I loved about this adventure. In no particular order, the ease of buying the tickets on line, getting to the Tower from my hotel and being able to self direct my experience. I was pressed for time this trip. When I come back, I will take the guided tour, but this time I needed move at my own pace.
A variety of interestng areas in the Tower of London, plenty of facts to absorb and be visually captivated. Lovely to walk around on the walls, up and down stairs and then rest with a coffee from the cafe. Good souviner shop and friendly staff in all areas.
As an Australian on holidays I had to see Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Tickets were easy to choose and entry was very simple. Amazing history and stunning scenery. Tower of London is the only place I was charged for an audio tour everywhere else it's included but the extra £5 might be a surprise if you have a few people in your group.
Everything went very smoothly. The access and the day at the river front with the Tower and Crown Jewels was superb! Thank you

A wonderful day. My daughter had the best time. Despite the heat and the crowds everything was calm and a smooth process. Toilets were clean and so well maintained which means a lot. The beefeaters made the day. Such dedication and enthusiasm. Would love to go again and will definitely recommend.

Visiting Madame Tussauds London was an unforgettable adventure! It felt like stepping into the world of movies and celebrities. The wax figures are incredibly realistic, and the interactive experiences made me feel like part of a film. My whole family had a fantastic time – it was exciting, fun, and full of laughter. This is a must-visit attraction in London! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and thrilling experience. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
visiting the museum is a wonderful experience. beautifully elaborated sculptures and their poses. a big surprise was a taxi through British history with a final photo. We were very amused by such a short Marvel movie with amazing effects. as a Star Wars fan, I was delighted by the Jaba statues, the glider miniatures and the very accurate Yoda. perfect experience.

Really mega good exhibition but very big, would be great if there were more seating options inside for in between.

An amazing experience. I haven't visited the exhibition for over 10 years and the changes that have been made are outstanding!! The experience just went on and on. The Star Wars, Marvel and the Murderers exhibits were amazing. Great value for money . A place you have to visit when you are in London!!
After seeing, several years ago, the one in Amsterdam, I did not expect such a great experience...very engaging even x children. 4d cinema, amusement park-like train...all very nice!

A very nice museum, Madame Tussauds. Been there before. Completely changed again. We are used to that from this museum. In Amsterdam, the museum is always changing too.

We booked online on headout, a queue was reserved for our schedule an incredible experience outside the wax statues where the atmosphere is incredible we could live the experience in small wagonet of the spirit of London then dive into the horror of jack the ripper to finish with the Marvel heroes in a 4 Dx experience that we will remember for a long time in short it is really to do even if the price may seem high I find it worth it

I liked it, but I wouldn't go again. It's something for young people who admire the artists of the moment. I'd like to see more emphasis on historical figures.

The characters were very beautiful and authentic. Unfortunately, I felt they lacked topicality here and there. The much-advertised Marvel 4D Experience in particular left a lot to be desired. As a Marvel fan, I found the poor and unglamorous portrayal of the Marvel heroes a shame, especially in comparison to the spectacular Star Wars part. I could have done without the movie and it is inexplicable to me why Zendaya didn't have Tom Holland standing next to her. The horror section was great. The historical part was too fast and overloaded for me. The best characters (in my opinion) were Timothy Chalamet, who looked incredibly real, and David Bowie.

It was very comfortable to enter the museum with prebooked tickets. And the visit itself was very exciting, especially for my granddaughter, because she recognised most of the figures. I also learned a lot about popular music and cinema stars.
The mate on the river cruise was funny and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it! After three days of walking, the bus was a great way to see the city and test the feet.
We didn't think it was also interactive! We thought we would find only wax statues. Instead it was like a theme park, beautiful! We had a lot of fun! And the museum is very nice

Madame Tussauds is definitely worth a visit! In addition to the celebrities, there are attractions such as a 3D superhero film, the history of London through the ages as seen from the comfort of a small cab, and the city's underworld where you can meet the serial killers.

Lovely experience with famous people! Nice environment, really amazing train tunnel experience, we love it and hopefully will do it again!! Thank you for this beautiful memories!!
Museo particolare, le statue di cera sono molto veritiere, ambiente grande e ben organizzato. Bello anche il film a fine esperienza. Unica pecca la coda all'entrata e quindi l'inizio esperienza con una mezz'ora di ritardo
Lots to see, good value for money! Definitely worth seeing. Care is also taken to ensure that it is not too crowded

I was there with my friends and we enjoyed it to the full14th January23. The royal family as you enter I felt that i am someone very important and they are so real. I missed Queen Elizabeth rip ,that I am from Malta and we loved her so much and incidentally I have my birthday on the 21st of April like her.In past I had visited Madame Tussaud's in my opinion the horror house with life persons was more impressive. We enjoyed taking pics with our favorite artists . I would say if you are in London you should go to Madame Tussaud and enjoy yourself as we did and my favorite is the ride in the chitty chitty bang bang .
Was easy and affordable ..my second time visiting there ..everything was changed ,felt new experience again
No guide but the exhibition was incredible

Premettendo che a Londra ogni mezzo è efficientissimo, ho prenotato questo tour due ore prima di prendere l'hop-hop bus in mattinata. Il ticket è stato immediato per email, non c'è bisogno di stamparlo né di riscattarlo. Informazioni chiare e personale cordiale. Prezzi altini, come tutto in città.
We could explore the city after one round of travel
I hate the music between the sights. I would much rather have a live guide. Not enough time to get on or off.. bad communication on where we are so we had a chance to get off. At on stop we waited for the yellow route. We even said so to a guide at the stop. We waited 30 min and asked the guide again... then he told us that the bus just left 5 min ago. We were there the whole Tim and no bus said yellow route. Then he said it is called the museum route!! Why do you have the top on the busses say red and blue route and then for the yellow it said museum??? It waisted so much of our time and the yellow route was not even worth the wait.
The first bus I hopped on had a tour guide, who was brilliant, funny, and very knowledgeable about the city of London. I liked that I could stop off wherever I liked, and grab another bus down the route. The bus tracker app was also helpful to have an idea of when the next bus would be arriving.
Easy to book online. Very well organized to find the sites to visit. No unnecessary time wasted. However, I found it odd that our tickets were scanned and we were not given proof of our booking afterwards. I was asked for the tickets again later, but I'd run out of battery on my phone. They let us through anyway, but it would have been more practical to also have paper tickets issued by the person in charge on the bus, as mentioned on your website.

Buses were good and clean. Staff and drivers were all terrific, could not have been better. The guide tape was absolutely crap. Mid sentence it would change to the next site even though we were no where near it. Endless hours of music when there were obvious sites that could have been explained. If I could give a minus I would for the quality of the guide. Lots of people were also discussing it during the travel. It seems most were annoyed about it
The booking was easy. We had trouble finding where to start. I realise you can join wherever you like but the bus stop at Waterloo wasn't easy to know where. The trip was good, You had to miss two loops due to the traffic hold ups which was understandable but disappointing. We had a lovely time
The tour was very breathtaking and the lady guide (can't remember her name..) was very conversant with the cultural history of the places we visited and she really kept us entertained. On the other hand, I was wondering if you could affix postcodes of the various pick-up points with estimated pick-up times (though this may not be possible) on the tickets themselves or in the Reservation confirmation emails? Thank you.
The ad says there are 12 languages available. There were 8 and some of the information outdated. Apart from that all fine. The driver was brilliant and very helpful.
Well, the diverse routes made it difficult for us to know on which bus we could or could not hop on, we had the blue route. The map showed some stops were blue and red would cross, but at one stop, across the hospital, we've waited more than half an hour. Whereas the second bus did see us and stopped, saying he was a red route so we had to get out on a different stop than we wanted. Everyone was very kind, but this was confusing.
The bus was great but only if you could find the bus stops? not easy to find The bar code on my letter from you did not work at all, but the drivers say thats ok we can use the bus as the scanner was faulty and could not read the QR code.
Everything was perfect and Goldentours is very welcoming. Stops are very easy to find

Absolutely! If you’re short on time, a Hop-on Hop-off bus tour is one of the best ways to maximize your visit. The multiple routes cover major landmarks, so you’ll get a complete overview of London’s must-see sights without feeling rushed. Plus, with buses running frequently, you can see more in a day without spending extra time figuring out transportation.
No need! Hop-on Hop-off buses don’t require seat reservations. Just show up at any stop with your ticket, and hop on board. The top deck is usually first-come, first-served, so if you want those prime seats with a view, arrive a bit early!
Starting early is key to making the most of your day. Catch the first bus around 8 or 9 a.m. to avoid crowds and fit in as many attractions as possible. With early mornings often being less busy, you can enjoy a more peaceful start to your adventure and have plenty of time to explore each stop along the way.
Yes, most Hop-on Hop-off buses offer covered seating on the lower deck. If it rains or the weather turns chilly, you can easily head downstairs and still enjoy the tour. Of course, London’s weather can be unpredictable, so it’s always smart to bring a light jacket or umbrella just in case!
Yes, these buses are designed to be accessible. They have dedicated spaces for wheelchairs, making it easier for all visitors to enjoy the tour. If you have specific needs, let the staff know—they’ll be happy to assist with boarding or answer any accessibility questions you may have.
Most Hop-on Hop-off operators provide a mobile app with real-time updates. You can track your bus, see the estimated arrival time at each stop, and even check for any route changes. It’s super convenient and helps you make the most of your day without waiting around!
Yes, strollers and pushchairs are welcome on the Hop-on Hop-off buses! Since London is best explored with the family, the buses are designed to help make your journey smooth. Just remember that space can be limited, so collapsible or smaller pushchairs are easiest to manage on board.
For the most enjoyable trip, consider bringing a few essentials: a camera for capturing London’s iconic landmarks, some water to stay hydrated, and comfortable shoes for when you hop off to explore. And of course, keep your smartphone handy to track buses and follow route maps via the app.
While you can sometimes purchase tickets at the bus stop, booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak seasons. This way, you secure your spot, get instant confirmation, and can access any added perks or discounts that come with booking online. Plus, it helps you skip any wait times and hop right on to start exploring!
You can bring small-sized luggage onboard the sightseeing bus. Big suitcases may not be permitted due to space constraints.
