We experienced a lot over 2 days. Very good sightseeings. Ticket experience, you have to go to a certain place to get the tickte, even if you buy online. A bit oldfashioned.
I found this way of visiting lisbon really excellent. The.route well thought out, the information received useful and interesting. In two days (length of our stay) we would never have been able to see all those things. We only got off once and had no problem getting back on the bus.

Great that it included the bus, tram and boat. All were great particularly the latter as it was a lovely day and such a lovely experience on the boat cruise. A couple of negatives - the audio information on the bus was too little (and too much loud music) The boat audioi information was drowned out by people chatting. Some bus stop signs hard to find - the maps should provide better detail as to locations. For example, Stop 3 purple route says that it's on Avenido Da Liberade but in fact it's on Rua A. Herculano. The bus drivers are polite, friendly and top drivers! We really enjoyed our 72 hour hop on hop off experience.
Map, the Dutch explanation. Get off wherever you want. Streetcar 28, yellow bus Belem and tour modern done. Totally top notch.

We waited a lot under the sun, they told us that the bus broke and we had to take another one, and people here don't respect the lines. The ride was juste ok.
The routes were perfect. We loved to see all the parts of Lisbon. All the ports for Audioguides on the seats did not work. We could never get into the red tram, it was too busy :) Not your fault though, we had limited time and no patience to que, but I'm sure it is a nice trip too.
The bus schedule is very unpredictable , I am waiting at stop (blue line) almoust a hour ( during that time there 4 red buses pass me).
There was little time to enjoy what was on offer. It would be more interesting if the tickets offered were valid for any day, if there was no possibility of enjoying the bus on the same day.

When I bought my ticket I was sure that this ticket was for both routes. I didn't choose one of the routes when I bought it.
Staff friendly and helpful. Too busy to use "on on- on off" , you can't get off 2 stops later and then get on again later then it's full and you can't join. This is what you have the card for and we had it 4 days of which 1 day was not used . You can not leave 1 day out ( went to Sintra) and so the last day no bus while we paid for 4. Also the 25th limited use. Too bad

Very informative and convenient to get around the city.
The bus was on time, the drivers were very pleasant and the places visited were beautiful.
Tolle Fahrt durch Lissabon mit guten Erklärungen. Wir haben alles genossen!
It was very nice and not crowded at the end of May. Everything perfect, I just expected a few more get up/out places.

The views of Lisbon from the castle made it worth the ticket. Be prepared for walking over uneven cobblestone and steps though.
The view of Lisbon was great from that spot. Getting tickets with my phone and skipping the line while everyone else stood in was wonderful.
I booked the entrance tickets to Sao Jorge Castle as soon as we arrived in front. There would have been an endless queue at the ticket counters to go through, which would surely have taken up a lot of time that we were able to devote to the visit instead. It was all very quick and the visit was worthwhile

It is a place of world history, very moving to be within those walls and if you can take the option of watching a 3D video even more interesting.

The castle was great. Buying the ticket online saved a good amount time of not having to wait in the queue. Highly recommend buying tickets online.
The views from the castle were amazing. Would absolutely love to go again on a day with better weather to see the sunset.
The attraction was lovely, well worth the visit. Suggest people take transport to there as the steps through the City were arduous!! Unfortunately the ticket office staff were on strike so the only option was online booking, however, this was quite easy to do. Definitely recommend the venue.
Fine to book me ticket here There was a long line and so we could quickly pass it and did not have to wait 😄😎

Tickets were booked within a minute while those in line for the box office had to wait up to an hour. Beautiful castle and view, definitely worth seeing during a visit to Lisbon.

Hundreds of people queue outside of the castle to get tickets inside. We downloaded our tickets and got straight in. No idea why everyone queues
Stunning setting and really interesting site. The views from the castle are spectacular. A must to visit when in Lisbon.
São Jorge Castle was absolutely magnificent! Visiting Lisbon for the first time, I was happy to get into this wonderful castle, too, and enjoy breathtaking views of the city as well as its ancient serenity. Headout helped me book tickets online very quickly, right at the entrance to the attraction, so I have saved tons of time by skipping the queue for spending it on further exploration of Lisbon later on. I totally loved the experience!
The places are impressive. But I do not recommend buying for the tower of Belen. After an hour of queuing in the sun and it hardly moved, we left. We lost money but gained in health. In the Monastery and in the Castle there were no problems. Bad organization in the Tower, they should improve a lot the access or limit it and not allow to buy so many tickets or do it with a schedule.

Super nice view ! Maybe little expensive compared to the other attractions in Lisbon but as listed as the 'must have seen' - ok Also nice region around the castle
Walking on the top of the castle walls and the patio with the trees and the view. I am glad I bought my tickets ahead and did not need to stand in the long line
It's such a quick process to get your tickets online. We got them right after coming in and avoided the line =) The visit was great too, very nice views.
Couldn't download the tickets. It would be quicker if arriving early to get the tickets at the site. The castle / fort and grounds are superb.
The purchase of the ticket was very easy and, in addition, they give you a small percentage discount for having bought another ticket before. And the castle is wonderful, all very nice, beautiful views. And the free audio guide they offer in the castle is very good.

Beautiful restoration but you have to deserve the views and not be afraid of heights as there are many steps to go up and down... beware of young children no safety barriers

The structure and the historical part of the castle are very interesting. The view of Lisbon from the top is beautiful. However, the museum is very simple and the site doesn't offer much historical information about the castle and what happened in it.

False advertising...skip the line tickets mentioned skip the line buying...but not skip the long...lo ng...long...long...entering.
Quick and easy entrance into the castle grounds since we had tickets. The history and use of space for the exhibition was great.
Ticketing was easy and enabled us to not have to wait in a queue to visit. Great views of the city. Don't both to eat at the cafe inside, the views are good, but the service is poor.
Very nice large complex, well-preserved castle. Although there were many visitors, the people spread out well and you don't get the feeling that it's overcrowded. Wonderful view over the city. Beautiful peacocks roaming freely in the park.

There are no airco inside the busses. Also it would be better if the folder said described in a few sentences what was to be seen at each big stop, and the prices. For example: free park where you can get drinks and there's a toilet. Free church. Big synificant monestry entrance price is €...,
Genial, nos ha encantado el Oceanario. Respecto al autobús, todo bien, sólo una observación ' estaría bien que en el audio indicaran qué parada se va a realizar, para no despistarse.
The 2-day ticket is good value. Lots of options to choose the sightseeing points. The Belem tour is highly recommended, the Modern Lisbon tour includes entry to the aquarium as a big plus (without having to queue), but it takes a very long time through corners of Lisbon that are not very special. Stops are not announced, you have to pay attention yourself and activate the stop in good time. The funicular and streetcar can only be used if you have a very tight daily schedule. In short: the offer is very large and good. The announcements over the headphones are difficult to understand.

A great way to explore Lisbon with children.

The Old Lisbon bus tour was incredible, great for seeing the city and saving your legs as their are heaps of steep inclines. The Modern Lisbon bus tour, was also interesting. At the beginning you start by working your way around the rights streets, very exciting. Then you make stops at the Tile Musuem, which was a highlight, and the Oceanarium, a great place to visit in the heat of the day. The rest of the tour was interesting for modern architecture. Overall an amazing experience! Note that on Mondays that most if not all, Museum's and historic sights are closed. So if you are staying for more than a couple of days, time your booking.
