Amazing history! The architecture was truly unique with the city backdrop all around. The fact that it is 1000 years old, and was occupied by many over that time period is truly special to the history! A once in a lifetime opportunity

Visiting São Jorge Castle was one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon. The views from the top are absolutely stunning—you can see the whole city, the river, and those beautiful red rooftops. It really feels like stepping back in time with all the old walls and history around you. One of the most unique and memorable parts was seeing peacocks just walking around freely inside the castle grounds. They were so calm and beautiful, adding a special charm to the place. It’s not something you expect, and it made the experience even more magical. The atmosphere is very relaxing, perfect for walking around, taking photos, and just enjoying the scenery. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Lisbon!

We visited Lisbon for our honeymoon. We purchased a 72-hour Lisboa Card and explored areas such as Belém—including the Jerónimos Monastery—Alfama, as well as Sintra and Cascais. The Lisboa Card allowed us to travel freely across all these areas at no cost, and it also provided free entry to World Heritage sites, making our trip extremely comfortable and convenient. With this card, we hardly needed to use our wallets, which also gave us a strong sense of security. Additionally, since we stayed at a hotel in the Rossio district, transportation access was excellent. Thanks to the Lisboa Card, we had a truly enjoyable and stress-free honeymoon.
