I wanted to spend time at the Royal Botanical gardens. Didnt realuze if I had waited 15 more minutes for the next bus I wouldn't have wasted my short time with the city tour and would have had more time at the Gardens.

The interesting commentary on both historical and current facts about Hobart. The open air seating with shading. The manoeuvring of the bus by the driver along thin windy roads. Would recommend to any visiting

Very pleasant helpful drivers with helpful additional commentary. A pity the online booking business refused to refund my money when I accidentally left the "1" against adult that had helpfully been filled in already by them. So I booked a Seniors ticket and got billed $85.00 instrad of $40.00. Watch out, Seniors! I contacted them immediately after booking but no luck.

I enjoyed this introductory tour of different areas of the city, and sitting at the front of the top level I had a terrific view. Unfortunately, due to loud conversations among nearby passengers I had trouble hearing the commentary being broadcast over the sound system. I tried plugging my earbuds into the audio equipment but only found foreign language options on each of the channels. I suggest including the English comments on the audio - those bits I was able to hear were very informative, interesting, and entertaining :)

Just tried to do a review on Google but could not login for some reason. Just wanted to thank Christian for a wonderful, informative, funny, almost off the cuff tour. He certainly has the right attitude and demeanour for that job. We travelled in the 1974 Atlantean bus on a very warm Hobart day and he made it as comfortable as he could stopping where possible to allow fresh air. Great day thank you. Online ticketing was simple and worked well.

Easy to book online. Great bus, clean and efficient. The best driver, who was funny and informative. Lots of people so lines were long (2 cruise ships had docked) but the staff managed this well. Great way to see Hobart and to be able to get on and off if and where you wanted.

Really transparent booking and first hop on stop ... really friendly driver on both my hop back on,s.. great advice and guidance with both personal interaction plus hard copy booklets and maps. Cascade women's factory is a must, a must to allow appreciation of what women have today ! Cascade brewery excellent too. Thoroughly recommend this little 1 1/2 hour round trip ( if you don't get off).. Hobart is a gorgeous historical city.

Felt like I was being a nerd going on a tourist bus in Australia but I really loved it. Was such a great way to see the city and the opportunity to get off and on as we desired was great. My only regret is that we didn't do it earlier in the day so we could have got off at more places =].

Easy ticketing booked on the day. Had a spare rainy day in Hobart and got the 24 hour ticket. Hopped on at 10. Went to the city, caught again to the Botanical gardens, caught again to constitution dock, then hopped on again to head to cascade brewery. Back to the city on the last service for the day. Lovely accommodating drivers and a great way to see the sights. Totally recommend!

I loved travelling around on the loop with the awesome views of Mount Wellington and the beautiful old charm of Hobart's buildings in certain areas of Hobart. Both drivers were very informative and lovely with a great sense of humour. Great recorded commentary. I hopped off at a few places and enjoyed it thoroughly. I high recommened and good value for money

I had booked both bus trips that morning through the inn I was staying at but my name wasn't on the list for the Mt.Wellington trip. I was able to get on after a bit of shuffling to see if there would be a spot for me which I was grateful for. The bus driver (I think it was Greg) was very informative & helpful. Even though the view was sometimes foggy/cloudy he tried his best to keep us entertained & finding the best viewing spots. I would highly recommend this trip.

Great scenery, and the guide was very nice and a good driver, but at times the commentary was cheesy (which is tolerable), sexist (which is intolerable) and totally negated the fact that Aboriginal people were the first inhabitants of Tasmania (also intolerable).
