Enjoyed the tour but wasn't aware of the difference there was an in person vs audio version depending on what but you ended up on. Also, the stop we needed to catch out primary bus at was not accessible due to construction and nothing on the website indicated this nor was the stop just up from the location clearly marked. Thankfully, the bus driver stopped to pick up several passengers (our part & another) when waved down. Have had better experiences in other cities.

Unfortunately many of the items/stops i REALLY wanted to see were unavailable for various reasons. I have been on the Glasgow HOHO previous and aside from some closures, it's always good value for money. Staff are helpful, thorough and pleasant. If I had know, I would have purchased a 48 hour ticket The audio was easy to hear and understand and gave lots of details and info about the sites of Glasgow.

Guidance on how to find the right bus (yellow or red, with or without live guide) could have been clearer, both on the website and in the leaflets as on the buses and at bus stops. Distinguishing between red and yellow line could have been clearer on the website. Same for how to book for a second day with a discount.
