Information in the bus( Audio guide) was clear and understanable. Bus attendances were helpfull The tree branches were hitting the canopy on some places on the road
The Hop-On-Hop-Off concept works OK. We rate the experience as Good from the stand point that you can stay on the bus for one (or more) round trips and get a decent overview of the city and landmarks. However, it is not like a true guided bus tour, but the cost is far less. Unfortunately, the audio tour via head phones is somewhat difficult to hear and the description of a landmark is often presented either before or after the landmark. Not surprising when you consider the traffic the bus is moving through. Three downsides are: 1) the schedule of when the next bus will arrive at a pick-up location is pretty difficult to determine, so you may have a long wait for the next bus, 2) the route map is confusing (trying to figure out the route map by simultaneously following Google Maps is interesting, and not in a good way), 3) taking pictures while on the move is less than desirable. Even so, in the end, I would say it is not too bad of a value.
We loved the bus tour, both blue and red line. But the waiting time at the first (cruise) stop was so long, had to wait for 3 busses to step in the heat without sitting down.
I am visiting from the Bahamas and was frustrated because I couldn't find a physical booth to purchase tickets. So I went online and after that my experience was nothing short of awesome. I got a 48 hour ticket but was sble to do both the red and blue tours in one day. I t was amazing!!!
Buenos los recorridos. Pero poca informacion del guia . En partes quedamos sin audio y solo estaba el chofer. Nadie avisaba las paradas.
The routes are very good because you can have a general idea of the city. But the buses go very fast and the explanations at each point are confusing because sometimes they say: to the right we can see .... and in reality it is to the left and, in addition, due to the speed of the bus, the explanation starts at the point of interest but in a few seconds you are already far away from it. On the other hand, the top of the bus has a protection (roof) that is not necessary or, at least, it could be more translucent, since you can not see through it and you miss many good views.

All the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the narration and got to see all the places that I wanted to go back to the next day.
Definitely useful to get an idea of the city and I recommend downloading the very useful app to always know the arrival time at the various stopping points.Among other things very punctual. A must stop for a few hours in Boccadasse and along Viale Italia ,the beautiful and (mostly clean) part of the city. Carrugi area shamefully dirty

What a great way to see the beautiful city of Genoa! We rode both lines end to end and enjoyed the narration as well. Great !
Ticketing was quite easy and the bus routes audio description was bery good
The interval between buses was too long.
The possibility to visit the city in one hour including the explanation about the main places.
It gives a general impression ofnthe city and allows you to explore
Great way to explore the large city and surrounding areas. Very informative and easy to use. The commentary was great.
Fine tours, fine busses, good audioguide, bad bus frequency.

There should definitely be a multilingual guide for the tour. We had to ask several times and walked many stairs for nothing.

All very nice and interesting. Very clear and detailed all the information given about the species belonging to the individual tanks. Itinerary of the internal route to follow very well structured.

We visited on the day we're were travelling back home so it was great to find out that they had a cloakroom to store luggage for €3 euro per item. The tanks were huge and gave enough room for enough people to view the aquatic animals. There are seating areas dotted along and there's doors leading up to the snack bar throughout multiple times. The signs for the animals are in Italian and English. However if your wanting to see more energetic animals I would say visit mid afternoon as on the morning some animals were still sleeping or had no energy.
Let me tell you a point abıut Genova Aquarium: There should be more taken care of some species in terms of healtiness such as amberjacks. There is a kind of infection on their eyes. Other than this location, premises and tour was good.
I've never visited an aquarium before, so I was suitably impressed. The route through the aquarium was very good, so you couldn't miss anything.

All quiet and soconfo the programs, taxation at times excessive on time of entry. Good experience. Reptile department a bit forced as an approach to the aquatic environment.

The aquarium very beautiful and the fish could be seen to be doing well. The environment very well maintained and my kids were fascinated. The multimedia stations and various posters, helped them better understand the marine environment.

We booked the tickets online and were able to go straight in without waiting. The welcome and initial help was excellent. The aquarium itself is wonderful and beautifully laid out. However, there were a lot of people at some of the stations. I would have liked to have had a closer look at the octopus. But that can't be avoided. All in all, it was a wonderful experience for all of us and we will remember it for a long time to come. Thank you.

The best aquarium we have visited so far! You get a great tour and it's very interesting and incredibly impressive from start to finish! Any time again! The tour took us about 2.5 hours with short breaks

Very nice aquarium, it's a shame to let visitors touch the soles, rays ... you should prevent this out of respect for the animals and avoid the transmission of potential diseases.

Everything was great. No long waits at the entrance thanks to the online tickets. Lots of great animals/fish. We had a great day at the Genoa Aquarium

It's really big and had an octopus, which my son has been desperate to see for a long time. The only negative is I found it hard sometimes to work out what animals were in the enclosures. More obvious info points would be nice.

Very nice visit. Simple application. Very useful to have the tickets on the phone when you have to manage 3 small children.

Great half day out with lots to see, one of the best aquariums for a visitor experienx with large viewing windows, lots to read and great for kids, including a touch pool
