We didn't know that the digital ticket had to be converted into an analog ticket by a staff member and that you first have to go to a certain office in Berlin. That makes no sense and doesn't fit in with the logic of a digital ticket, which I want to use immediately. CONCLUSION: We were not taken on the Bis as planned, but had to buy an additional S-Bahn ticket for 4 people to activate our dig. Bus ticket to activate. This was not stated anywhere and is also quite pointless - we will not recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, the brochures were out of date and the stop information was not correct at all. It was really tedious, we were told that one stop was currently out of service, then we walked 20 minutes further back, only to stop at the "closed" stop in question. It wasn't that great.
View original review in German
Not to love: If you want to find your first place to hop on, the map isn't specific enough. We wandered around for half an hour. We didn't read anywhere about the twenty minute brake the bus driver was gonna do
We really liked that we were allowed to use the tickets on Sunday as well because many roads were closed on Saturday due to christofer street day.

I expected more explanations about the individual stops on the tour. Unfortunately, some places worth seeing are not visited at all.
View original review in German
The hop on hop off part was super convenient. However the ticketing process was just ok. They never told us that we had to keep the ticket to use for the next day. We were told they couldn't look at it online even with the QR code. I figured that a QR code saves money as well as gives access to our tickets but apparently not. Unfortunately we couldn't ride the bus again the next day and wanted to see the other side of East Berlin.
The ease of hopping on and off was great. However, the narration was not what I expected. Our expectations were to learn more about the history of the buildings and places, but the two narrators made more jokes about the area than provided any information. I'm really not interested in learning about the "Red Light District" near Alexandarplatz.
Easy way to order, nice tracks
The tour covers a number of attractions, which have a lot of variety. The tickets can be conveniently purchased online.
The staff was very attentive, and the audios explain what is necessary and accurate.

Beste manier om alles te hebben gezien van de stad!
Sehr gute Möglichkeit mit Menschen, die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß unterwegs sind, viel von Berlin zu sehen.
Worked great, friendly driver and I can only recommend.

Card was very favorable both for public transportation and various discounts. Discounts on attractions and museums problem free.

The relaxed use of public transport and visits to various sights such as Berlin Cathedral, Victory Column, TV Tower, Reichstag and much more.

Having the possibility to use any means of transportation! Super! And you also get discounts on admission to museums and so on.
View original review in German
The combination of getting a discount at certain sights is not bad. In addition, the public transportation in Berlin is very good, I think every 5 minutes a subway, suburban train and bus.... that's great!
View original review in German
It was easy, because everything was paid for. We just need to get more experience with the subway, then it will be perfect.
Definitely not worrying about tickets in public transport was a great plus. Also discounts to a lot of museums made it more affordable and helped planning the activities.
We used the subway/trains a lot but never had to show or use the ticket as there were no checks or exit gates so paid €36 for nothing
The Berlin Welcome Card itself is great. However, the discounts at the partner companies are almost always only available at the ticket office on site, although tickets are offered online. The discount can almost never be redeemed online. No longer up to date.... What a pity!
View original review in German
I used public transport fluently and cruised through the whole city. With discounts, the card was definitely worth it.
View original review in German
Everything went really smoothly, it was very easy to get on and off without having to buy tickets all the time. We also saved €6 on a trip on the Spree...always happy to return:-)

It's a great offer to be able to use all public transportation with a child and to get discounts at so many museums etc. and get a discount at so many museums etc.

You could simply drive from A to B as you wanted without having to think about it. And got the discount without any problems. Seen a lot, although I've been to Berlin several times.

Super, dass man dich so problemlos durch die Stadt bewegen kann und an vielen Stellen ermäßigten Eintritt hat. Für uns hat sich die Karte in den sechs Tagen gelohnt!
It was a very interesting conversation. I learned a lot of interesting information about how the cards work. We were able to compare the differences to other cards. The person I spoke with showed professionalism.
It wasn't our first time in Berlin. This time the visit was for our daughter and we wanted to get a taste of the European Championships, so we didn't visit any museums this time, which we will definitely do next time.

Arranging for the Welcome Card Berlin was easy and quick. The discounts are a nice touch, but did not come in handy for me on this visit.

Made getting around Berlin so easy.No hassle with buying tickets for transport .Wherever we went on transport in the zones we had bought for we were covered.
The information which discounts apply to which experience was not easy to find and not super clear what procedure is

Quick purchase. Clear instryctions and explanations of the tickets. Easy access to tickets. Amazing transport sys in Berlin
Both U- and S-bahn were very comfortable, signs in the stations were very clear. Travelling thrpugh Berlin was very easy and fast. Purchasing the tickets online was quote easyJet and also fast. Great!
so easy to use the card, and such a good public transport system which makes being a visitor to berlin a very positive experience
Mostly friendly staff and the connections are great. The visit to the dome in the Reichstag was super great

Thanks to the Welcome Card, we were able to use public transport without any problems and also had cheaper admission. Unfortunately not to the Victory Column 🙂

U-bahn is perfect. But the signalisation about the traffic on S-bahn Potsdammerplatz is really poor and not clear for tourists.

Thanks to guide Christoph, the tour was very informative and entertaining. It was also pleasing that, despite the cold wind (in the sunshine), the deck was half open and you could therefore choose whether you wanted to sit outside or not. With another provider (at the same pier), you were immediately made to feel stupid when you asked. It's a shame that the tour in one direction only went as far as the lock, but that's all you can fit into one hour.

It was a very good experience. I am impressed by the good and friendly mood of the staff. The tour guide explained the buildings we passed in detail and comprehensively. We will have many fond memories of our walk and if we have another way to Berlin, we may repeat it again.

We had booked online and had to wait in a huge queue to get a paper ticket!!! Very bad

The company was very flexible, we were able to start our booked trip (10 people) earlier. Explanations on the ship were good and sufficient.

Great tour guide, explanations were in German and English, linguistically top, very informative and entertaining, even for me as a Berliner there was something new to learn. Electric boat, quiet, no smell and very comfortable seats. Perfect and absolutely recommendable
View original review in German
Was very nice, but it was hard to find the location, because we hardly know which ship we were supposed to board. We also noticed that the prices differ online and on-site. Other than that, the atmosphere, sights and people were very accommodating and nice.
The tour itself was fine. It's a route shrouded in history. We booked for an 11:00 tour (which was also advertised on the dock) so were surprised when the boat didn't depart until 11:30, presumably as not enough people were on board for the 11:00 tour. The audio guides were good when they worked. We had to switch devices twice as they appeared not to have been properly/fully recharged. Overall a 5-6 out of 10.
Met our expectations exactly. We wanted to see some of the highlights of Berlin from the river on a tour that lasted 90 minutes or less. The boat was clean, the tour was interesting, and amenities were available. Ticketing was intuitive, easy and fast.
They didn't even ask us if we want to use the audio guide while boarding, we thought that we will have them after finalizing the boarding process, We spent the whole tour without any translation which wasn't what we expected.
Very good organization. The ticketing worked great, the app is necessary and works well. Regular e-mail information informs you of the booked dates in good time. The Spree boat tour with convertible boat is a great experience in good weather and shows the most important highlights along the City-Spree. Only the stated 15 min waiting time, very punctual departure, QR ticket via app works perfectly. The boat guide was excellent and presented the background and sights almost like a stand-up comedian - very humorous in German and English. Entry to the TV tower was also very easy with the specified 15 min waiting time, of course great all-round view. Due to the proximity of the boat launch and TV tower, both can be combined perfectly, plan a maximum 30 min walk.

Take a leisurely cruise along the Spree and see some great historical highlights - very beautiful and worth seeing. And all this in 1 hour...ideal if you don't have much time.

The captain always had a relaxed attitude. However, I would book the big round trip next time, as it was the same on the hour tour there and back. Otherwise everything was great.

Wonderful boat trip with live guide! Our boat trip with a live guide was simply fantastic! The whole experience was both relaxing and very informative. The guide was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and made the trip a real experience with lots of interesting stories and facts about the city. The views from the boat were perfect and it was wonderful to enjoy the city of Berlin from the water. The guide pointed out lots of little details that could easily be overlooked and conveyed the history and culture in a lively and exciting way. The boat itself was clean, the chairs were comfortable but unfortunately a little too close together. Overall, it was an all-round successful experience that I can highly recommend to anyone. If you are looking for a relaxing and educational activity, you should definitely not miss out on this boat trip!

All the attractions on offer there are SUPER! Of course we used and tried out all the interactive installations! I was there with my two grandchildren, aged ten and 11, and as a grandpa I really enjoyed seeing how they enjoyed themselves!!! They both took dozens of photos and reported back to the family in the evening with lots of fun and pride. Buying tickets online was great: there was no queue at check-in and in the exhibition! Many thanks for this highlight!

Very courteous and friendly reception with good explanations about the exhibition. A great experience for all ages. The use of a cell phone is very important, as otherwise a large part of the experience remains closed to you.

The special rooms were very interesting. Unfortunately, there were disorderly crowds of visitors. Since we were supposed to be there at 11:00 a.m., we thought there was an extra tour scheduled for that time. The large number of visitors was a bit of a nuisance in the rooms.

It was really fun filled evening for us especially our daughter really had good times watching & experiencing all those brain hacks & tricks, and the AR pictures were simply awesome, cherry on the cake.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, took some photos for us , so that we got the full experience. We really enjoyed our time there, would have liked the illusion centre to be bigger, with more experiences.
The support team on site was very nice. It was also interesting and nice, but we had expected the exhibition to be much bigger. Our grandchildren actually spent the longest time doing puzzles and solving puzzles. Interactive always works. Because the rooms are quite small, there were often waiting times, especially for the works where you should take your time with the app... Nevertheless, we didn't regret it.

Price performance does not fit. We expected more. That you stand in drawings and then appear as an illusion in the photo. Just like it looks with the chair.

The various offers, especially the "bridge" at the beginning. However, the prices could be a little cheaper given the relatively short length of stay.
