We really enjoyed it, although I found the departures a bit long on some stretches and I couldn't do both lines in one day. I recommend it for those who want to see all the sites and have little time, but I suggest two days, one for each line.

I'm giving this rating not because I disliked the 48-hour valid tour or the driving but only because I was just forced to enjoy less than half of what was supposed to be due to a deprecated company policy. Me, my wife and my kid enjoyed the tour the short time it lasted the first day. I say "short" as we were only allowed to attend the tour in the morning period and that happened because I had the misfortune of losing our tickets (paper receipt slip) after I delivered the voucher when we reached La Sagrada Familia. This touristic company is "digital" enough to have revenue from online vouchers, but forces their clients to keep their tickets in a small paper, that could as easily flew away while we were enjoying the first-floor open air ride. When I asked if they could print a duplicate from my purchased voucher, I was told "Sorry, sir! You'll have to purchase new tickets"... After rejecting this stupid solution, we had to return to the hotel using the Metro (subway). Simply outrageous!
Which is quite cool, but I would like it if you could see somewhere how long the Vus takes from one stop to another to be able to estimate this with booked sights

Sometimes long waiting times at the boarding points. Partly poorly organized to board the bus, so that buses were not fully occupied even though there was a long queue

WONDERFUL experience, I did it as soon as I was in the city, it was useful for a general location of where each place was, and then I managed on my own without any problem. The audio guide info in each place is great to learn more about each place. A pleasure!

The bus driver wasn't stop on every station that he is supposed to stop. Using the green line he jumped from stop 3 to stop 8 and we didn't reach stops in the middle and our goal was stop 5 in Barcelonetta! When we realized this, we have to walk more than 30 minutes to go on coastline.
The stops are well distributed throughout the city. You can get on and off as often as you like. The ticket is valid for 24 hours (our choice) and that's perfect. The staff are very friendly.

Great organization, very helpful staff. Lots of information via the audio guide, all the important sights are covered. For us, the best way to discover Barcelona. Price/performance absolutely ok.

Unfortunately, the company's local staff were not friendly. There was a storm on 30.10.2024, which is why my ticket was damaged by the rain. Although I had a digital ticket, I was denied boarding the bus on 31.10.2024.

We had the bad luck of a strike for the pu lic transport but it was still pretty good. I would only wish for thebus driver to even take People standing for those who just want to go for 1-2 stops. Had to wait for 3 buses to be picked cause they were full :( în this way, a lot of Time is lost waiting for the next bus.
Diffocult to get a bus because to busy. Long lines of waiting people to get on the bus. Only early in the morning at the starting point chance to get on. Not working audio system..
It smooth and seamless booking with Headout. We had a good time on the bus, pity about the weather that didn't play it's part. It was a great for us wanting to see most of Barcelona and not having to travel on foot or by public transport. See y'all in the summer of 2025.
Really enjoyed the tour from the beginning of the online reservation, senior discount, staff friendliness, efficiency .... it was a great experience both green & orange. Thx
Bus tour very good. It's a pity that when it rains the bus isn't better equipped to protect passengers (wet seats upstairs). Very friendly staff

The tour allows you to see lesser-known parts of the city and monuments and to stop and get back on whenever you want. However, the buses were always full and we had to wait at least half an hour before we could get on.

An unjustified 15-minute stop from 6.45pm to 7pm on 22/10 (was the driver eating a sandwich?). The driver got off the bus to buy food !!!!!! And the customer waits !!!!!

Friendly staff. Audio tracks supported 16 languages. The information was informative and insightful giving insight into the sights and culture. Routes covered all of the points I wanted to see. Sagrada Familia is a MUST NOT MISS, prebook your tickets as when I went early in the morning they were already sold out. I got a two day pass to do both the east and the west lines. One each day. Also, as far as timetable goes, it was right on time and you could track it on the city tour app to see how far you were from the stop and how far the bus was to getting to the stop as well. Not to worry if you missed it as another one was only a few minutes behind. Would highly recommend.
Ticketing experience worked well. Hop On Hop Off Bus is a very good servce. The headsets didn't work in some outlets which was frustrating. It was a great way to see the extended part of the city.
The guides were very friendly and helpful. Getting on and off the bus was uncomplicated. The only annoying thing was that we had to get off the bus at Placa de Catalunya on the return journey and it then took some time before we could get back on the bus.

The cruise was what I liked the most, but the sants stop was cancelled until 10.30 am and they didn't even warn us by mail, we were waiting at 11 am and the bus didn't pass, we had to walk to the next stop and there were endless queues.

The buss tok up to one hour to arrive and take us on the tour. There was so much delay that we did not get to do the full tour like we planned.
It's very good way see the city's landmark. Every 15-20 minutes new bus coming in your left place, it's very flexible. Bus have red and green roads, you can change it which line need more. Sight is everywhere and people are very helpful 😊❤️

The guide who hosted us for Sagrada familia visit was awesome. She is so knowledgeable and very polite. Learnt a lot about the place. Park Güell was a great experience too but the audio guide was unavailable in the app unfortunately.

I usually don't like guided tours but this Sagrada Familia tour with a hosted entry was exactly what I was looking for. Our guide Oriol was very knowledgeable about the Sagrada and made for a very informative tour. He also allowed us to ask questions if we had. I loved that after the tour, we had free time to tour the Sagrada ourselves. It gave us an opportunity to take our time exploring and go to the museum to learn all about Gaudí and go to the gift shop. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a bit of guidance about the Sagrada but also someone who enjoys taking their time to view and explore themselves.
Host was bery informative . I liked the freedom to move around as we pleased and spend as much or little time as we wanted

I loved everything about this amazing work of Gaudi! The only problem I noticed, not only in Guell parc but also in all the other Gaudi famous places I visited, that was a lack of Greek language in the audio guide services. I think that Greek visitors deserve this low cost addition.

Having been our first visit, I definitely want to return prepared with a lunch to enjoy the peacefulness. Beautiful structures and plant life throughout the park. Pathways were well marked. It was absolutely worth the visit, we will return .

The experience was great but there isn't any map or pointers for the direction of interest to visit. Plus unlike Sagrada familia where we can download the audio guide, this one isn't able to, so I guessed we can go back in times when we want to relisten to the audio, we do have one extra day till 2Dec to listen though
The park was in excellent condition, the only flaw was that it was not specified in the ticket that the audio guide was available only by downloading the app and using one's own headphones. Having problems with the internet connection, my companion could not even download the app. In addition, neither of us had headphones to listen to the audio guide, to hope earlier we would have brought them from the hotel!

a beautiful park with so many breathtaking corners to linger and with various views of the city or other areas of the park, organization was great, time tickets could be used to enter the park before the actual entry time. It was a great experience!

There was no skip the line at Casa Batllo. We stood in line at the allotted time. There was poor connectivity at park Guell so couldn't load the audio guide.

We really enjoyed it, although I found the departures a bit long on some stretches and I couldn't do both lines in one day. I recommend it for those who want to see all the sites and have little time, but I suggest two days, one for each line.

Which is quite cool, but I would like it if you could see somewhere how long the Vus takes from one stop to another to be able to estimate this with booked sights

Beautiful tour. We got on and off on both lines. It is a very comfortable ride and with the audio guides you really immerse yourself in the city

The tour allows you to see lesser-known parts of the city and monuments and to stop and get back on whenever you want. However, the buses were always full and we had to wait at least half an hour before we could get on.

Both at the airport and in the city, the stops are immediate and easy to find! We didn't wait 5 minutes for either transfer! Everything worked great with online tickets! Buses are fast, clean and there is enough space for luggage! There's no quicker way to get into the city - top 👍!

The easiest transport in Europe, everything is always as it should be and the bus drivers are always in the mood to answer questions, increase their salary!😎
On the website it is not explained exactly where you need to take the bus. You should make either a map with an arrow or put an indicative photograph. Because when I got to the square there were no exact directions to the place. Fortunately, I saw the bus going by and took the reverse route. In the evening with darkness, traffic of other buses and cars, chaos of people, suitcases to drag, it is not very practical to turn around looking for the right stop. thank you.

What an amazing adventure me and my wife really enjoyed it to see everything about Barcelona with no trouble the busses were easy to go and I loved everything about is😎
Very friendly staff, helpful! Unfortunately the audio system didn't always work, so we did the last quarter of the tour without a description (port to Sagrada Familia). We didn't find stop 3, probably because of an event. A note would have been good!

We took the 2 bus tours and they were as good as we expected, as we were able to get an overview of the city of Barcelona. However, some of the buses are in need of some maintenance as some of the headphone outputs didn't work and, when it started raining, they had a hard time closing the top canvas.

This was a really comprehensive bus tour and we really enjoyed it. We saw all the sights we wanted to and the hop on- hop off was great. Our only disappointment was when we got off at the Parc Guell stop and walked all the way up the hill - quite a walk - only to discover that we couldn't buy a ticket to go in as they had sold out. We didn't realise this would be an issue.
The good view and historical references The cleanliness and the overcrowded buses were unpleasant. The technology was unsatisfactory, the disposable headphones had caused unpleasant annoying in the ear depending on the Buxe...

Was a great way to see all the highlights of Barcelona and work out where to go back to as we only had a few days. Was easy to get tickets online or at the bus.
Convenience, however, the bus accident delayed our tour. Also, we like the discount for Mila and Catlo houses, but it did not work for us when proceeding to payment. Hope others won't have this issue.
Incredible experience to know the city without having to walk for a long time to move from one place to another, you can get off wherever you want and take the bus again in its two different routes to see the city in detail. I highly recommend it.

Both routes through Barcelona are well worth seeing. If you can only do one and can't get off, e.g. on a cruise, I would recommend the orange route. You will see fantastic house facades and also have a great view of the harbor and Barcelona from above. The green route is particularly suitable if you want to visit the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. Make sure you book your tickets for these sights a few days in advance! Do the park first at lunchtime and the cathedral in the afternoon, or better still, spread it over two days. I visited the cathedral separately and combined the park with the bus. It's better if you have two days. and
