Ticket process was easy and the swop from mobile to paper ticket was straightforward. Traffic was very busy so we eventually had to hop off before completing the circuit- not the fault of the company but it was a complicated route and seemed to cross over itself a lot so we decided it would be quicker to walk to our next destination.
I find the hop on hop off buses very handy when in a new city. I usually go for the 48hour ticket as it's only a bit extra in cost. It's a great way of getting your bearings in a new city. The customer service guy at the Archeological Museum was very helpful - I was waiting about 15 mins for the next bus - it pulled in and back out before I could even board! He contacted the driver as the bus turns near there and escorted me across the road and onto the bus as he had arranged for the driver to pull in.
The promo is relatively appealing but I haven't got a chance to explore the other two lines properly given the timing of the arrival of the bus. I was also not oriented where to get the free beer for a 3-day pass. There should be more perks included for a 3-day pass, to fully maximize the paid cost. Thanks
The service was on time, convenient, and the drivers always helpful and courteous, also the audio guide very interesting and useful

The bus covers the main attractions in Athens and are very frequent, so you can get off and catch the next one with little wait.

Always a good thing to start discovering a city. The tour bus allows you to discover the main sites, learn a bit more about them and you can always go back to some afterwards. I think it is very useful when you don't have a lot of time and want to make sure you don't forget a major site to see. The only thing in Athens: is the bus you are taking doesn't have a roof, make sure you have a long dress or a trouser to be able to sit at the upper floor 😉
The Athens line was a great way to see the city. However, the Pireaus line didn't run often enough. And it didn't run a continuous loop. We had to get off at the Acropolis & wait for another Pireaus line bus, to get back to the cruise ship terminal. It was a 45 minute & we couldn't wait that long. So we had to call a cab which cost an additional 20E.
The food tour from Travel Love Athens was a delightful, off the beaten path tour with tasty delights and views of the city from the locals perspective. Oral and Julia were fantastic! I will definitely do the tour again the next time I'm in Athens.
All great except that if you lose your ticket you cannot get it back in any way and are forced to pay it back at a reduced price. This did not allow us to take full advantage of the 48 hours.

Valid tour to visit the most important sites important sites in Athens with a well-defined route. Getting around Athens by public transportation is not easy mainly because of the difficult understanding of the Greek language . The audio guide is a very useful tool to learn about some of the details along the city route. while traveling Unfortunately, they do not always work perfectly and I recommend an overhaul of the plug connections Overall positive experience that I would do again.

A service of unique preciousness. I purchased a 48-hour vslido ticket (3 days) and used the yrasporto to move from one part of the city to another without any difficulty. Moreover, I consider the service a more than valid (and fast) way to know the completeness of a city in a short time, with more than exhaustive explanations, especially for those who do not have the possibility to make long stays.

The experience was awesome! We went to the beaches one day and to different sites along the Athens city line. Hopping on and off as we toured at our own pace, with the frequent buses whisking us to the next was so easy. The buses are clean and comfortable upstairs and down with helpful informative audio. The booking through Headout for this experience and a couple others for our trip to Athens, I highly recommend.
Everything was good..... Buses were running as expected and the routes were great.

I didn't quite understand how the ticketing system worked, this wasn't an issue with Headout I just couldn't wrap my head around it. When I called into their support they provided amazing service and did everything they could to help me out and ended up sending me all my tickets individually
